St Clement Vets is a small family owned practice which is friendly, dynamic, modern with a well equipped purpose built main surgery at Truro. The practice is small enough to offer continuity and individual care for your pets with just one receptionist at each branch so we should get to know you personally. We have a strong community ethos, and try to ensure that we participate fully in local life.

We are a mixed practice, dealing with farm animals, equine and all pets. We aim to be caring to our patients and to offer a friendly, efficient and helpful service to our clients. Truro is our main surgery and is situated on the end of Coronation Terrace, opposite the train station. We have nine veterinary surgeons with various special interests and fifteen veterinary nurses. Opening hours are 8.30 am to 7.00 pm, consultations are by appointment.
