Goddard Veterinary Caterham practice provide an excellent service, very professional and so importantly so caring. I sadly had to have my little silver tabby cat put to sleep at the weekend due to a serious heart condition and the vet, Elsa, who attended her (at our home) could not have been more gentle, professional and sympathetic to our distress. Also the sympathy and kindness shown by reception staff when I attended the practice the following week to settle my account was lovely. It helps. All the previous care my cat had received from Bruce prior to her eventual deterioration was superb. Thank you.

Baxter(12 year old cocker) had been suffering with ear problems fir many months and been through two operations at our local vets who, unfortunately, failed to cure the problem. As the cancer in his ear grew we knew action had to be taken and were referred to Alistair at Rosemary Lodge. He confirmed that surgery was needed to remove both the tumour and the ear canal and did the operation the same day. With 48 hours Baxter was home and we were later told the laboratory had proven the tumour had been benign and that Alistair was sure he had removed all the infected tissue and no further spread of the disease was likely. Bax is now back to his normal self and is the best Xmas present to have him still here. Thank you everyone at Rosemary Lodge!

I have visited the surgery several times with my dogs, cats and guinea pigs all the staff including reception nurses and of course vets are always polite and helpful. Roger always gives good clear advice and I feel that he genuinely cares about the animals he treats I wouldn't take my beloved pets anywhere else x

I hesitated about bringing my pets here but when I renewed their vaccinations (3 cats and a dog) I decided to shop for a lower price than the vets I had previously seen (in Richmond a big surgery with different vets) I first brought the cats because the price was 10£/pet less. I expected an injection and a cursury look at my cats, well the vet Attila was really nice and very thorough even though I was in a hurry he looked at them and noticed an ear problem I had dismissed because previous vet thought it was just wax. He prescribed an ointment for the 3 cats and it finally cleared their ears ! He also was really nice to my older cat who is ten and a bit grumpy and he was very gentle. Obviously likes animals. a few months later I decided to bring my dog for an ear infection and skin allergy, he discovered she had a dislocating knee (obviously painful) and this also had never been diagnosed by our previous vet, So I have real faith in his knowledge and training. He is a bit quiet but takes the time to really examine your pet and takes nothing for granted. I have permanently switched over to this practice and only see him. I highly recommend.
(previously we went to richmond practice on chaucer corner, the vets are nice and friendly but much less competent and thorough)

Compared to another vets in Wheatley, which we grew quite dissatisfied with, Medivet is a welcome breath of fresh air. The environment is friendly and no question is too much for this caring, passionate, animal-loving team. No one patronised us or treated us like we didn't deserve to keep a pet, which is the experience we had grown used to before we changed to Medivet. Katrin and co nursed our cat back to health after a nasty virus and we get to spend more years with him. Very happy! I have no way of knowing if Medivet is good value for money so I would have rather left that category blank, but we were very happy with the service received.

Jake has been under continuous support from blacks group from being a puppy. All of the nurses and vets have been so helpful and understanding when Jakes condition has been acute. Luckily, touch wood, Jessie hasn't been a regular visitor as she doesn't share Jakes skin problems.
As daft as it sounds it a pleasure to see all if the staffs smiling faces when we visit
