Brilliant practice with friendly staff where pets are still treated as family. Love Molly & Mopsy too.

We used this practice for 15 years for a total of 5 cats until moving out of London, and found it really trustworthy. Everything is the highest quality; the best care is shown to the animals. In the course of these years the lives of three of our cats were saved by this surgery by major operations or trauma care.

We have kept pet rats for four years and for the last three and a half years we've been with Willow Vets. We came to Willow after finding that while other vets provide excellent care for larger pets, they had less experience of the specialist care that less popular pets like rats need. From the start the difference was apparent. Their knowledge and experience with small mammals and in particular the ailments associated with rodents and the treatments available is exceptionally high. As a result our pets have received treatment and care that's second to none. All the staff demonstrate a great degree of courtesy and professionalism and it's obvious that the welfare of their patients is their number one priority and the high quality care provided is a result of the empathy and compassion they all have for the pets receiving treatment. I believe that our little ones have the best veterinary care possible at Willow Vets and I wouldn't take them anywhere else for check ups or treatment. If you have pet rats and can travel to Milton Keynes or Olney then I recommend taking your little companions to Willow.

We moved to Bilton vets a few years ago due to changes at a previous vets and can honestly say we won't be moving! We see a regular, caring, honest and experienced vet who understands that our dog is a huge part of our family. Unfortunately our dog has had a number of medical problems recently but Bilton vets have been there for us whether that is the reassuring receptionsists that run round looking for someone to help either on the phone or via an appointment to the nurses that have nursed him back to noisy barking or the vets that provide prompt consultations or telephone advice even when our dog is in kennels. We have been lucky enough not to need out of hours care but the knowledge that Bilton provide there own rather than us needing to travel elsewhere when a pet is ill is very reassuring. I would highly recommend Bilton Vets as would our dog if he could!
