We had to bring dash for what I thought was an innocuous sore neck, but it turned out to be a serious disc problem that required surgery. The vets were all amazing, spending time to explain what might happen and go over the alternatives. The receptionists know dash, make a fuss of him and always make us feel welcome. Ten stars from us :-)

I have been taking my animals to this practice for over twenty years which in itself is the best recommendaction I can give. The care given to both animal and attached human is excellent. As fees go it is very reasonable. I trust them implicitly with much loved members of my family. Nothing more I can add to that.

Our family faced the heartbreaking decision to let our beloved cat Ozzy be put to rest yesterday. I am immeasurably saddened that we had to let him go, but the kindness, empathy and professionalism shown by the the Coventry team helped us to say goodbye knowing it was the right decision and kindest act of love for him.
The pain of losing such a special part of our family will be eased a little knowing that he left our lives peacefully and with great dignity. Thank you so much to all the staff who made this difficult time more bearable.

I can thoroughly recommend the vets inside Pets at home story in Farnham. We visited with a poorly dogs and unsure what to do, the Vet was sympathetic and reassured us quickly that what our dog had was treatable and unlikely there would be any lasting effect. Following the treatment we had a very well dog quite soon after as he perked up and was back to his usual self within a couple of days

We had to say goodbye to our beloved westie "Scoobie" last week, which were dreading. Scoobie was my son Nick"s dog, and as Nick has Aspergers, we knew it was going to be difficult for him. Susan was brilliant with Nick and Scoobie, giving them all the time they needed to say goodbye, and explaining the process every step of the way.Scoobie went very peacefully in Nicks arms, with the family around him. This is the second time we have used vets2home, and on both occasions Susan has been fantastic.
