I first visited this practice in November 2011 with 1 cat. Since then, I have made more visits than I can remember, and I've sadly lost 2 cats- Bella and Miss Violet. Miss Violet died in my arms at the surgery. VN Emma was a tower of strength and comfort. The cards and sympathy I had from the practice after the sad event was so lovely. I have also recently had my dog pass on, and Andrew made this difficult decision a gentle and peaceful time. I now have another cat (making 2 cats in all) and a Yorkie. The advice I get for all my animals is outstanding. I have recommended others to this vet practice, and even my mum now brings her cat to them. For a vet practice that truly cares about your pets, and not about making money, this is the place to go.

We took Our Little Angel to get spaded, The staff where very Friendly, and Informative. I didn't fell stress about leaving her there for the day, has the surgery and the staf gives a very warm and welcoming enviroment.
Two days after surgery Angel lightly pulled her stiches, as I was worry, I called in, and they saw her in less then Half Hour, which is exactly what you would want for your little one, especcially if you are worry!
Overall a 10 out of 10 experience, I think we will be switch To Goddard in Acton as Angel main Vet!

our poor lily took a tumble last week, she ended up with a broken front leg, the only way she could be saved was to have an amputation, she a tiny little thing , The r
next day we took her to the animal hospital for surgery, all day we chewed our nails, then we could finally pick her up,we took lily home where we hand feed her and gave her meds , kept her in a box so she couldnt move around too much, only 4 days later she back to her old self, this was a great ending to a sad story, lily and her sisters are all happy again :)

Having a great vet is so important- at Goddards, they make such an effort to put the animals (and their owners!) at ease, and they're so friendly and helpful. The new vet David is great and Pepper loved him, and the nurses are all fantastic - happy to recommend them.

Have been a client for some time now and all of my pets recieve the very best of care. The staff are always interested and friendly. They offer me great service. I know I can always talk to them and ask even the silliest questions, they have endless patience. Can't recommend them enough.

Goddard's have been brilliant, having moved around a fair bit since I rescued my GSD collie cross I've encountered a number of different vets, but none have been as helpful or as friendly as Goddard's in Ickenham.
The care and attention has been brilliant, and the customer service by the veterinary nurses has been exemplary - I can't praise them highly enough!
