“Best vets in town!”
Far and away the best vet practice I have ever been to. Professional, friendly staff and great facilities. They even run their own out of hours service 24hrs a day. Would highly recommend - I certainly would never take my pets anywhere else.

“The best by far!”
From the moment you walk in your are greeted by the friendly, professional reception staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The veterinary staff are fantastic, always approachable and helpful, and happy to offer advice on animal care. I have tried a number of vets in the Hemel area before finding Barton Lodge, and would not change as the service is bar none. I would highly recommend Barton Lodge to anyone who is looking for excellent quality, care and service.

“Wonderful Team, would highly recommend”
I have been attending Goddard Vet Group in Hackney for 25 years, and would not want to go anywhere else. The whole team are professional, kind, friendly and very knowledgeable about all sorts of animal care. Brian Barnett is an animal loving, patient, and importantly, calm, vet who has a huge range of experience dealing with small animal care. His approach is calming for both pet and owner, which can make what could be a stressful visit with a sick pet easier. Brian has cared for my pets for many years now and has always gone the extra mile to look after us all, explaining and discussing everything with us as we go along. I trust Brian and take his advice, but also know that I can question his opinion and discuss any matter further should I need to. I would highly recommend Brian as a vet to anyone

“Very friendly staff and outstanding service.”
I have taken my dog to Medivet Bishopscourt because I was recomended by a friend to do so, after not having a solution for my dog´s lameness.
The receptionists were very helpful and friendly and booked me an appointment the same morning.
The vet did a very thorough examination and did some xrs and took a sample from the joint and gave an injection,all in the same day.
The same vet phoned me 4 days later with the results of the test and to see how my dog was doing.
He is not limping any more after trying all kind of tablets prescribed by other vets.
I would recomend them to anyone.

“Best in Oxford!”
Worse part of being a pet owner is having to say goodbye to them. Would not of wanted anyone other than the vet here to look after my pets right to the end. Such a really nice person who obviously knows and cares about his clients as well as his pet friends. I can not thank him and the staff enough for all their support they gave when we had to have our dog put to sleep and recently a cat.Not an easy time but made easier by them. Would recommend this vet to anyone and everyone.

“Great vets, friendly and helpful staff”
I was really impressed with the care offered, knowledgeable and friendly staff who really care about animals. Not that its the primary concern, but the consultation and medication was a fair price. I will definitely return if the need arises.

“Awful experience wouldn”
I was very shaken when I brought my dog in in an emergency after she had suffered a seizure. The vet was cold, irritated and unhelpful when faced by my questions (I was shaken up it has to be said) but she acted as if I was not accepting her opinion on my pet, I was, I just needed to know more about it... clearly us mere mortals are not allowed to question vets. I was actually reduced to tears and had to excuse myself from the surgery. Very upsetting and very disappointing experience.
