My daughter bought her cat Pantha to you last week unfortunatly

Medivet Enfield first cared for my puppy when he was 10 weeks old and was admitted for emergency treatment. This was understandably a very stressful time and the whole team were absolutely great. I would not hesitate to take him back. I feel completely confident leaving my family pet with them.

Very sadly on Christmas Day it became necessary to end the suffering my 15 year old spaniel was experiencing. I was beside myself with grief when I called for emergency assistance. From the initial telephone contact through to the consultation with the vet I received the highest possible level of care. The vet spoke with kindness and compassion as person not as a medic and empowered me to make the final decision. This was pet care at it's very highest standard. Thank you so much for making very difficult day as pain free as possible.

I have taken my puppy Alfie to Medivet a few times lately. The treatment Alfie has had has been amazing. The nurses, vets and receptionists have been outstanding. From the friendly welcome, to affectionate way the vets and staff treat him, is extremely reassuring and my boy is in safe hands. Thank you to all of you for being so caring. I don't get this treatment at my GP - Can I change from my GP to Medivet? Thank you all :))

bootsy was not feeling well this past sat ... she picked the phone and called to book an appoi..they gave her 10:30 am slot,
got to the clinic ..waited 2min and the vet Kelly lawless, came out called bootsy , she remembered everything about (bootsy),
very impressing , so bootsy was very happy about the consultation .. and

Ruby, our Chihuahua, was taken ill with Hemorrhagic Gastroenteritis (HGE). Treatment commenced within moments of seeing the vet and transfer to the 24hr hospital in Enfield was swift. We could not fault the treatment she received and feel that without such care, we would not have her now. The round-the-clock attention was both professional and loving, not once did we doubt whether she was in the safest of hands. Our final invoice was rather large, but we feel, totally justified, given the level of care received.
