“Friendly and knowledgable”
Had my first visit today with my new, and first, budgie, Jack. The lady on reception was friendly and welcoming. Vitor was also very friendly, was very confident and knowledgable and happily gave advice for general day-to-day care. Also, he I'd gone in with the intention of getting Jack's wings clipped, but he told me it wasn't really necessary - thus talking himself out of money. I'd recommend to others. Plus, a lady with a dog was going in as I was leaving - the dog looked thrilled to see him, never seen that before!

“Great service”
The vet was friendly, sensible and seemed trustworthy, didn't reccomend treatments that our cat didn't need and did all he could to keep her happy despite her being very frightened.

“Everybody are excellent!”
Everybody are excellent! The reception staff, the Doctor are really friendly and professional. The prices are very reasonable. I really recommend it to all who are trying to find for a veterinary who cares about your pet.

“Excellent”
I have been going to Medivet Greenwich for over 8years. Viv is the best veterinarian I have ever encountered. The whole team go above and beyond the call of duty at all times. Viv is dedicated, always informed and extremely helpful. Viv always has time to listen to any of my concerns and will always call you back if you leave a message.
All my pets have received the best level of care there.
Viv, Steph, Katie and the rest of the team always have a smile on their face and will help you how ever they can. Very professional, and always friendly.
I always recommend Medivet Greenwich to my clients, friends and people i meet along the way.
If you want your pet to be in the best hands possible, then this practice is the right one for you.

“Excellent ”
I've only used this practice once and it was a sad occasion as our pet was on its deathbed when we brought it in and died before it could be treated. However, I was very impressed - by the practice's professionalism, compassion and attention to detail. With some vets you feel that their getting their fee is what counts the most, but in this case it was different. It was clear that Viv's prime concern was the welfare of the animal concerned. I would thoroughly recommend and indeed go back here myself with a new pet.

“Highly recommended”
Viv,Katie,steph and all the team at Greenwich are exemplorary, knowledgable, friendly and compassionate.
I all feel reassured that I can call with a question about my dogs and they can answer it, they allways find an appointment in an emergency and I know I can trust them.
Viv is the most wonderful vet who treats all the animals under he's care as if they were his own.
When Bella was very poorly and had to be hospitalised at Richmond, he visited her regularly and gave me updates,which was very reassuring.when she was better he collected her and brought her home to us at 10'oclock on a Saturday night..... I don't know many vets who would do that.
So I can't thank them all enough,Greenwich is very lucky to have such a marvellous medivet team!

“Highly Recommended”
I have been with Viv and his team for a few years now and found them excellent. They are not my closest vets but I will continue to be a customer as they really care about MY cats and will go that extra mile to ensure the best healthcare possible.

“Great vets”
I would highly recommend Viv & his team. We have used them for more than 10 years with our late cats and Finn our now elderly labrador. Without exception we have found them to be professional, kind & compassionate.

“5 Stars is Not Enough!!”
I have been attending the Greenwich Branch of Medivet for many years - and it is true when I say that 5 stars is not enough. From the vets, to the nurses and trainees - everybody is so helpful and kind. One of my cats is in the middle of chemo at the moment and, although he doesn't actually enjoy his stay, I know he is well looked after and definitely made a fuss of, and he is looking great.
Viv has seen me through lots of happy and sad times but I never felt rushed when in the surgery - he and all the staff have always given me lots of time even at the end of a very long day, when I am sure they would like to be on their way home.
It is a pleasure to recommend Medivet Greenwich to everyone.

“Excellent service by both nurses and vets”
Having attended Medivet Greenwich with several different pets over a period of years, I would strongly recommend their services. The nurses are lovely and are also efficient. The vets, and in particular Viv are very understanding, offer flexible services and have reasonable charges. I have also used the emergency out of hours service, which I found very helpful.
