“Caring Vets”

I have used Highcliff Vetrinary practice since I moved to Hadleigh 6 years ago. During this time they have cared for my dogs in a very professional and caring way. The receptionists and nurses are lovely and have always gone that extra mile for us eg when we had to have one of our dogs put to sleep, the receptionist kindly cancelled a dental appointment I was supposed to be attending and made sure I was ok until my husband arrived which was most appreciated. All of the vets that I have seen with our dogs have given us sound advice and medical care for them. At this present time we have a dog with what I believe is a fairly rare condition which was quickly spotted and is being treated. I believe we have a bit of a journey ahead to get the condition under control but I am confident in the care that everyone at Highcliffs in Hadleigh will give. Many Thanks

“Decent pet plan but useless customer service”

We have just moved to the area so needed a vets close so the obvious choice was Highcliff. However having been there a few months now and visiting the surgery on many occasions I just find the staff rude, blank and miserable. I don't think I have ever seen a smile, they seem to care about the animals though they never seem excited to be there or doing it and as for trying to get some interaction, forget about it

Highcliff Veterinary Practice

We are sorry that we haven't come across on your visits to the surgery as the friendly team we really are. We had our Open Day at Hadleigh last weekend and were joined by over 100 people and we all had a great time, as you will see from the photos soon to be published on our website (www.highcliffvets.com) and Facebook Page.
We hope that given your positive comments on our care for your animals and VIP Plan you'll give us the chance to prove to you that we really aren't the miseries that You have mistaken us for!

We have However appreciated you letting us know the impression that you were left with and we always strive to improve. Clearly from your point of view we have some way to go, which is most disappointing.
In order for us to explore what might be going adrift, it would be helpful if you provided us with more details and with at least one specific example.

We would be pleased to talk to you directly and your best point of contact would be our Managing Partner, John Reading who can be contacted on his direct line, 01473 828846

“Thank you”

My husband and I have used this practice for all the dogs we have had in the last 34 years, and have always had very friendly and helpful advice.
All the staff have done their very best to keep our dogs healthy and give any treatment necessary.
Unfortunately we, and they have been upset that results haven't always been as we all hoped, but we know everyone have done their best.

“Complete confidence”

I've been a Highcliff client for over 30 years. They've looked after a succession of cats and dogs, and me, with care, consideration and professionalism. Neat surgery, good aftercare, thoroughness, and kindness, have all helped when my pets have needed treatment or euthanasia. It's never been too much trouble to explain and advise at length.
