I have had my first dog for just over a year now, having previously moved up from Suffolk. I visited 2 vets before these guys, and didn't find them up to the same standard.
All the way through my first year they have been great, always welcoming, understanding and helpful with my endless questions!
Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I would highly recommend Willow vets at Newport Pagnall the staff are amazing and I would never take my dog anywhere else, they've cared for her since she was a puppy and when I say care I mean it, everyone there is very caring of both humans and animals the service is fantastic. If you want an excellent vets don't take your pet anywhere else.

We've been taking our Burmese Cats to Willow since moving to MK in 1986. First consideration is always what's best for the individual animal, and any advice has always been well considered, practical, and sensibly thought-out.
One of our present Burmese has an ongoing condition which requires regular check-ups, the care and respect he receives on each visit could not be bettered.
The travel basket is only used for trips to Willow. If we put it on the floor, the cats climb straight into it. That's not the reaction of pets not liking their vet!
I wouldn't mine being treated by the practice myself! Des Timms.

Not the cheapest vet, but you get what you pay for. Always friendly at reception, and the vets & nurses are always super friendly too. Clearly a good place to work; spirits always seem to be high.
It's always obvious when a vet doesn't care about your animals, and I'm pleased to say everybody I have met at Willow is certainly without doubt an animal lover.
I've had all my animals spayed, neutered and vaccinated at Willow and they've always been treat well and never seem stressed afterwards.

We've been using this vets since the 1980's. Even though we live 30 odd miles away now, we still travel with our dog to this practice.
I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. All the staff, from the receptionists to the vets are friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and treat your pets like they are their own.
I know that I will get an honest opinion on my pets care, not one that is based on profit.
They truly do care about all the animals theysee.
Recently they've set up a Facebook page to help reunite lost pets in the area, & to help find rescue pets homes. This has been a major success and has helped get many much loved animals home quickly and safely.
They really do give a gold star service!!

The health of out pet is one of the most important things to us. Sadly in the past we have had to attend the surgery for an emergency. We also tend to worry (maybe a bit to much).
However we can always get an appointment quickly; the treatment is first rate and the value of the treatment is very good. We have never been made to feel a bother or that a question is too stupid. The best recommendation however comes from our Lurcher Rolo who is always very happy to see the staff and eat the treats he is offered.
I think when we move house we will have a very hard time to find a veterinary service that will match what we have here.

As well as the routine jabs for my dog Ollie he has had a few issues over the 4 years since he was born.
He needed a hip removed at 7 months (Robert was excellent in diagnosing the problem and operating on Ollie).
Then last year Ollie was diagnosed with numerous food allergies - Amy the vet is amazing in the on-going treatment of Ollie she is so gentle and caring Ollie actually likes visiting her.
This year he had a severe reaction and needed emergency treatment, Amy and the nurses dropped everything to ensure Ollie was ok and comforted me when I got upset. Amy made him all better I cant put in words how thankful we are to her.
Nurses have always been helpful and friendly and reception staff are great at getting me appointments that suit me.
Ollie is my baby he means the world to me and I trust Willow Vets with his care, I trust their opinions.
I highly recommend them.

I took my Staffie Misty to have her claws clipped this morning as they were rather long and she won't let me do them. One of your lovely nurses came and got her from the waiting room and took her out to the surgery. Within 5 minutes she was back with me with nice short claws and a great big grin on her face. Misty really loves going to the vet's as they are really friendly and kind to her. The nurse's clinics are free and really helpful. I would never consider taking my pets anywhere else. Thank you Willow.

I Can honestly say that I would never !! go anywhere else, I lost my Ridgeback at the end of jan due to old age and Robert & his nurse came to my house it was so peaceful and you are always treated on a very personnel level, all the receptionists at the surgery are so lovely and helpful it doesn't matter how little or often you go there they always remember you and your pet by name without looking at the computer screen, Robert will always treat your pet as if it was his own and this makes sometimes hard decisions much easier.

I have been using willow vets for over 14 years and cant express enough how great they are, my first dog had been going to the surgery from 8 weeks old up until he was nearly 14 sadly he passed away early this year due to old age and Robert and his assistant came to my house to put him to sleep in his own surroundings, Robert treats the animals as if they were his own and this helps a great deal when there are any tough decisions to be made. All the staff are fantastic from reception right through to the top of the table.

We've been taking our cats to Willow for over 20 years and every time we've had to visit, both we and our pets have received the very best care. All the staff from reception through to vets have been very friendly, professional and caring to our cats. We've had 2 cats put to sleep and Willows was extremely sensitive to our cats and our grief.
I always recommend Willow.
