“Caring and friendly vets”
All the staff at Medivet Hayes are very friendly, caring and professional. My cat Riley has been going to Medivet Hayes for about 12 years and my cat has a real attitude problem with vets (he doesn't like them basically and always ends up attacking them) but Tahir knows how to handle Riley in a calm and professional manner and sorts Rileys problems out without adding to Rileys stress levels to much. Also, when you take your pet to Medivet Hayes, you dont feel like your just a customer on a conveyer belt being rushed out the door to make way for the next customer, as Tahir takes time to talk to you about you and your pet.

“Wonderful Vets and Excellent service”
I am writing to say how much I appriciate Tahir's expert care of my cats Samson and Tiger-Tim. At 17years old, and regular patients at Medivet Hayes practce, they get the best of attention of their Diabetes, with blood tests which they take in their stride.
From the very first session of Accupuncture Samson has been more mobile and, if and when he wants to, he can climb up and down stairs.
Since his Thyroid operation Tiger-Tim is very happy on his special diet. Samson likes his Obesity control diet.
Both cats are very relaxedin Tahir's care and well behaved.
Reception is very bright and cheerful and the nurses are very welcoming, friendly, caring and helpful.
Samson and Tiger-Tim could not be in better hands.
I would highly reccomend anyone to take their pets to Medivet Hayes and see Tahir.

“Friendly, kind and highly recommended”
All the staff are so friendly. I highly recommend them and now, couldn't imagine going to another vets. Tahir is a very friendly and caring vet who is on hand to help whenever you need it. He is so good with all of my pets I have brought in. I highly recommend them to anybody with pets.

“Best Animal Carers”
As the owners of a large bull mastiff we are are often faced with the dilemma of finding a vet who will see our pet without tranquilizing him, but Tahir and his staff completely understood our concerns and made our experiences with him friendly. He followed up with appointments to ensure our dog was completely healthy and we could determine what the problem really was while displaying a genuine interest in our pet. I highly recommend Tahir for his professional and friendly service.

First of all i thank Mr Tahir Latif and all the staff involved in the help that my dog STELLA received during her road recovery these guys are truly amazing STELLA is full of life again. “FANTASTIC ANIMAL CARERS”
Tahir and his staff are fantastic with my white staffordshire bull terrier . My dog first became ill about three years ago , he developed severe allergies , to be honest i had not realized how bad my dog had become until i looked at photos of him as a puppy ,(being white and short haired the hair loss was not that obvious)and then the depressed state came as he just continually scratched . Tahir straight away recognized the problem , got straight on to having him allergy tested. We had a bit of a shock as to just how much stuff he has an allergy to environmental as well as food . With the correct treatment which he has once a month I have a the puppy dog back that i fell in love with. Despite the fact he hates his monthly treatment(an injection) Tahir and his team show great patience and love and care . I would never change my vet as i have full trust in the team and they are always ready to fully explain any treatment given and why.

Dr tahir and his team are the best.since i registered my cat Simba with them i was very pleased with the service they provided me.Tahir is a first class Doctor with lots of experience and his team are very gentle and caring for your animal.He always gives me good advice for my cat about his health and food.Anytime i ring them to book an appointment someone is always there to help you,they will do the best to do everything to help you.so if anyone want to register their animal please don't hesitate to go to Medivet in Hayes.I can guaranteed that you will have an excellent doctor and a best Team.

“Tahir and all the staff past and present best ever”
Tahir and the girls are very caring,understanding and have time for all their clients.
Mitch (Yellow Lab) is always happy to visit and leaves with a wagging tail.
Their knowledge and skills are the best and I would recommend them to all pet owners. Have visited many times with Mitch who suffers from bad Arthritis has also had acupuncture, highly recomended.

“Totally recommend”
We have been using Medivet hayes, for over 9 years. First with our first boy (Roman), initially with Yorum and then Tahir with our other 2 dogs. Two (out of the 3) of our dogs have had long term chronic conditions, which have always needed continuos care and treatment.
We rely and trust Tahir and the whole team at Medivet Hayes, with our babies. Tahir is always polite, professional, friendly, reassuring and willing to discuss all options available - which on some occasions has not been an easy thing to do.Tahir has in the past gone to great lengths in providing "expert" advice and help on certain issues and to look up the most recent and most evidence based practices. Which we have found a great help in making informed decisions.
Our dogs have not always been pleased to see Tahir, but he always knows how to put them at ease and deal with the matters in hand, without stressing our dogs further.
Tahir has been there through the worst and the best with us and we know he truly cares, like we do for the pets under his care.
We would throughly recommend Tahir and the team at Hayes, to take special care of your pet. We would not hesitate in recommending them, they provide a truly fantastic service!

We have been taking our dog to Tahir for a good few years and we have always received 1st class treatment. He has always treated Jazz as one of his own pets and all the nurses are extremely friendly as well. whenever we take Jazz to see Tahir you always know that you are going to get excellent service. I would recommend Tahir and his team to anybody who has an animal and wishes to get 1st class service.

I would just like to say that the team at Hayes are the best. They are kind, considerate but above all they are experts in their field. When you really need them they are there and I know that my Dogs can always count on them and that is a priceless service that you will be very hard pressed to find these days.

The vet is very caring and will spend a lot of time with you, he is very helpful and polite, the nurses Katie and Hannah are STARS they are very friendly and polite, always have a smile on their faces and are very welcoming and caring and always treat my pets as their own. “DEEPLY CARING AND COMPASSIONATE VET”
Myself and my daughter Julie-Anna adopt older rescue dogs, 7yrs and older. As you can imagine they usually have to visit the vets on a more regular basis than a younger dog. When Tahir joined Medivets at Hayes he proved to be a god send. He is deeply caring and compassionate vet. He takes his time to explain what he is doing, why he's doing it, and what will be the next step towards treatment. Tahir takes time to listen to us when we are concerned for any of our babies. We have always taken his advice as we trust him completely. When we've had to make the hardest decision of all, to let our dog go with diginity, Tahir and the girls have been so kind and have let us stay with the dog afterwards to say our goodbyes. We always receive a card from them expressing their sorrow for our lose. Unfortunately due to having rescued older dogs this has happened more than once and the kindness shown by the team is 2nd to none. I regularly recommend Tahir to my friends and people who ask me for a good vet. Tahir is an EXCELLENT, TOP NOTCH VET. The young ladies, Katy and Hannah, are caring and will assist you in any way they can. Big Hugs to Tahir, Katy and Hannah.

“Caring, sympathetic and knowledgeable ”
Tahir has seen me through 3 cats, one who lived to a ripe old age of 19. Tahir has always been available to discuss the best options for my pets, particularly when it came to making very difficult decisions. His care and knowledge gave me the confidence to make the right choices. Tahir and all the staff at Medivet are friendly and clearly want to ensure all animals receive the best treatment. “TRUST WORTHY .HONEST .AND DEDICATED”
MY name is Paticia Rowe,iv been breeding and showing yorkshire terriers for 30 years ,i started using yoram arial who owned the richmond practice,now medivet,...yoram moved to gatwick ,from hayes ,when tahire took over,i do not like change ,and was concerned that the new vet would take time to get to know my champions.who i trust with no one ,BUT ,,,,,TAHIRE is a wonder, my dogs love him .and he has saved many of my oldies who live to a grand old age.hes operated on my retired brood bitches,and has done surgery on one of my champions ,,,,oliver, and admitted he knew id be behind him watching,,,but i trusted him ,,if anyone knows me my dogs are my life and trust them with no one, but ,,, YORAM ..JAN IAN AND TAHIRE, i highly recommend,..with honors,, one story ,i had a six week puppy who had 6 fistula's,around her anus...with my dedication and jans knowledge ,she has survived all clear and now 7 years old with no occurrence ..i would have no trouble recommending TAHRE,at Hayes, as many of my friends come to him from as far as ESSEX,, who i have personally advised ,of his service, and all agree of his competent and dedicated manor.. hes a dab hand at cesars,,,,,wonderful scars you cant see..i know hes done so many for me ,, GOOD LUCK ALL AT MEDIVET ,,,WHAT would i do without you or what would i have done without you ,,.. dread to think... Buddie, our golden lab (7years old) has been with Medivet for many years now, the 2nd vet he has had. Tahir is always so helpful and happy to spend time with you (even when you have lots of Q's). During a very worrying time for us with Buddie's health Tahir went out of his way to explore all options for Buddie, making it easier to make a decision.You never feel rushed, and Tahir really cares for your pet.
