My cat (Velvet) stopped eating and just wanted to sleep, so I took her to Medivet. They could not have been kinder. Velvet was given a thorough examination, including blood tests, and ultimately she was taken to their hospital for two days, where she had an ultrasound, x-rays and more tests. At all times I was kept informed of how things were going, what I should do and how Velvet was coping.
I'm glad to say that she is home now, and doing well. I think without Medivet I might have lost her. They were all really kind, and I felt reassured by their huge level of expertise. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would thoroughly recommend Medivet.

I can only echo all the previous reviews for this practice. I was in a position that I needed a vet who would do a home visit. I read all the reviews prior to contacting the practice. My dog was very poorly and I requested an urgent visit which I had and I am still amazed at the kindness and care shown towards myself and my dog by the Vet Shiree and nurse Kerrie. Their attitude has helped me in my grief having to have my dog put to sleep. I was even offered private time with my dog on my own. I would also like to compliment the emergency helpline at Watford who were equally as kind and caring over the phone.
I am too old to own another animal but not too old to recommend this practice.

Once again Medivet Ickenham have gone that extra mile in the care for our Paddy. We moved to Surrey last month but the veterinary care there was not up to the same standard as Medivet. We have now returned Paddy's records back to Ickenham where he can receive the treatment and care that he deserves. He has a long history of issues and Ickenham take care of these with love and respect. All staff have been, and still are, outstanding. Thank you Medivet Ickenham!

Our dog Rocco has had Inflammatory Bowel Disease since he was a puppy, so has been on a prescription diet and steroids for many years. We spent a lot of time and money, trying to help alleviate his pain and discomfort by visiting various vets. It was not until we met Jen at Medivet, who was unbelievably dedicated to the wellbeing of Rocco, undertaking additional research on his condition. Only with Jen's help were we able to finally wean Rocco off of the steroids that he was on for years, something all other vets said would not be possible.
We want to say a big thank you to Jen and the team, for always putting Rocco's needs first. You have always gone above and beyond your call of duty, giving guidance, care and even ad-hoc phone calls, just to make sure he was well. We couldn't imagine trusting him with anyone else, but you! Thank you.

I can not recommend the staff and the nurses at Medivets enough .
Jennifer went well and truly beyond the call of her work and helped us tremendously with our very poorly cat . Not only did she drive all the way to a Charity cat centre in London for us with me and the cat in tow but in busy rush hour traffic too !!All because we had no insurance ! She helped us and save money that we didn't have and saved our cat . Word are not enough to say how grateful we are to Jennifer and her staff. We were going through a huge family crisis at the time with my husband very ill and things just seem to be all too much !!The children were devastated when our cat had broken badly two leg bones ! . A big thank you to Jennifer for helping restore a little happiness into our family and children This is truly a one off vets and we can recommend it with the highest of stars and honour .
