“”

We joined Eastgate last year after feeling unhappy at last vets in Bury St Eds, and boy are we pleased we moved.

Our poor Max has had mast cell tumours on and off for 5 years now, and lo and behold another one raised its ugly head again last spring...Eastgate vets dealt amazingly with it, he was so much better after this op! We were amazed at the difference!
Alas, the original tumour reappeared in his throat, Sarah was excellent, helped us tackle it sideways on and tried steroids..all worked well and then operated on. We have since dealt with him and diabetes! Many phone calls to Eastgate, and we have never felt it was a problem.
Now the tumour has come back for the third and final time, we know we are looking at borrowed time which makes us all very sad, but the support Sarah has given us has been amazing.
I have recommended them to several friends.

“Highly Recommend these wonderful people”

Both the Bury Branch and the Mildenhall Branch have been involved in caring for my cat, Winston, since he was hit by a car last week.
The vets have been wonderful in their care of him, the nurses and reception staff so helpful, friendly and reassuring.

I love the fact I was able to call regularly and speak to people that were directly dealing with him, and that the vets called me with updates too, there were multiple vets treating Win at different times - but all were completely up t date with what had happened/needed to happen next.
I only recently moved to Eastgate, after being with my previous vet 15 years. I am so glad I made the move, and will be recommending them to everyone!

Thanks so much team for giving my boy a fighting chance, nursing him back to the cat I couldn't bare to lose!

“The best vets.”

I have been a client of Eastgate Vets for about 14 years and even when we moved an hour away I have continued to make the journey to see Trish and her team.

Somehow I don't think I could trust another practice to look after my precious babys in the same way as I do Eastgate Vets.

They are just brilliant and nothing it too much trouble. When Una was very sick last year, Lesley was on the phone with hourly updates, what more can you ask for.

Eastgate Vets are just the best Vets. x

“Just the best!”

Reception: Always friendly and helpful. The waiting time seems well managed. I particularly love the displays of case studies and the paintings of Bury (If you ever want to sell these, let me know!)

ALL the vets I have seen have been brilliant and professional - particularly Alex and Trish, who makes me laugh ('Are we in denial?' Murph had put on weight! )and my favourite Sarah, who 'picked up on' Coco's illness very quickly.

I will always be grateful for the care of my dear Coco by the vets and nurses whilst in their care.

Can't recommend them enough! Hope this helps. E Redmond
