We have found this vets to be one of the best we have ever used. All of the staff from receptionists to vets are fantastic with my dogs and cats. You can tell that they genuinely love animals. Every procedure is explained fully and advice is given readily. Student Vet Nurse, Liam is particularly good and takes that bit of extra time to put you and your pet at ease. My recent insurance claim for my injured dog was dealt with efficiently and swiftly. Thank you to all.

Thank you Alsager Vet Centre for your fantastic treatment of my pets!
I always find that any visit to the vets is a pleasure, from the friendly reception that Philippa always gives, to the professional and helpful advice from Liam, to the attention, diagnosis and treatment from any and all of the Veterinary Surgeons and the help from all the staff in general.
Your reminders for boosters and worming regimens helps me keep track of my 2 cats and dog's needs.
My pets are always treated with respect and professionalism.

Willow Vets Alsager always offer a 5* service to me and my 2 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.
1 of my girls has quite a few problems and Willow Vets are always there to offer support and advice weather it be over the phone or in person at an appointment.
They always manage to fit me in for an appointment no matter how busy they are and always make a fuss of my girls.
I would always recommend Willow Vets

Liam was very helpful when discharging her and explaining all of her after care, he explained everthing clearly and told me to contact the sugery if I had any problems. I will be bringing my dog back to this practice.

I live very near to the vet centre and this was why I called them when my dog got attacked. They fitted us in immediately and were really good at calming both me and the dog down, and he really doesn't react well to injections. I think the vet when i visited was a locum filling in, but he took time to explain everything to me and clearly cared about the animals in his care.
We had to return twice more, once by appointment, once without. The cost of all three visits including medication was very reasonable.

The receptionists at Alsager Veterinary Centre are always very helpful and pleasant, both on the phone and in person. My last appointment was with Helen Croton, who i found to be very helpful and informative! I have pet mice, and sometimes feel a bit silly taking them to the vets, however I felt that Helen was great with them, and treated them like any other pet. I am definately happy with the service at Alsager Vets, and will continue to go there. I also found the prices to be reasonable too.
