We have been taking our cats to Willows Middlewich for the last 7 years. They have seen our cats, and their owner, at their best and their worst. They looked after Finbar through his heart condition and they were there until he took his last breath. They looked after Kafka and saved his life when he had to have emergency surgery on his bowel (he had 6 inches of bowel removed) and they saw Moriarty through his stress related cystitis after he moved from his old home into our home). They have handled our two semi feral, now indoor, cats with care and understanding and I can't thank Helen and the team enough for everything that they have done for us over the years. All of the vet nurses are professional and caring and the whole team will try to work through any problems that we are facing.
We have never felt that the prices that we were paying for treatment was in anyway inflated and we have always felt that we are being given a whole and true picture of what is going on with our cats.
If I could give the whole team a higher rating I would. As you can see from some of the issues above that we have sometimes been at the vets two or three times a week and we have always been met with kindness, helpfulness, understanding and I have always felt that the best interests of our cats have been taken into account.

My sons dog Hank was a rescue dog and was very poorly with Kennel Cough and was in a bad way. Helen and the team pulled him through with the best care and love possible. After he got better he cut his leg so once again they put him out and reparied his leg where he had cut his blood vessel. Now he is a fit and happy dog and Helen and the team are so happy to see him so well. He was neuteured 2 weeks ago and had his dew claws out but the one wound he keeps messing with so we are back and too to get it dressed and checked every couple of days. Even when we ring to say we have a problem they see him within an hour. We have a laugh along the way as Hank has removed every dressing that been put on so to be tough a collar was put on today and as Helen says the dog is houdini as he even managed to remove that today
