“Friendly and caring”

From the moment you enter you feel you are in safe hands and the vets here have always been there if i needed help or advice. As a breeder it is nice to be able to talk to and not be talked down to i take my dogs health seriously and i know Fiona and Liz who are the two people i see feel the same
The nurses and the girls on reception also must have a mention always willing to talk and very friendly

“Lovely , caring practice ”

Treated my very nervous rescue dog lovely , came for all his boosters and check up for the first time since we got him. It makes such a difference to make his experience at the vets not something to be scared of and they certainly did this .
We have an elderly cat currently having treatment and they couldn't be more helpful.
Clean and welcoming and well worth using this practice

Like most people with a furry family, I've had a few vets over the years but The Firs really is the best ever and treat me and my pet like family. They are so enthusiastic about the health and welfare of the animals that are brought to them. You really feel confident your pet is being given the best. My cat was diagnosed with a sarcoma last year. The quality of the care for my cat and support for me was wonderful. They were also honest because the prognosis wasn't good but am happy the outcome was - not in the all clear but nearly -fingers crossed. So thank you
