After being very disappointed with a consultation at Middlewich I sought a second opinion from Bruce about my boy George. He became very ill very fast. Bruce and all the staff had huge patience with me and my worry. George stayed over for a week at the vets and I was able to visit him every day and comfort him for a short while giving me the reassurance that he was being looked after. Unfortunately George was just too poorly to pull through and we had to have a home visit. Both myself and George were treated with respect and saying goodbye was heartbreaking. Elaine was very supportive everytime I visited with George and afterwards when I collected his ashes. I can not thank Elaine enough for the little chats through one of the hardest times of my life.

My 11 month old kitten, Harry, ate some cake with raisins in, which can be lethal to cats.
I phoned the vet and was told to bring him at once and was seen within a couple of minutes of my arrival.
Everything was explained well to me and I was kept informed of Harry's progress as he had to stay for the weekend. My insurance form was filled in for me when I collected Harry.
Excellent service and Harry is his usual lively self again after a frightening weekend

Excellent! They are absutley wonderful at this vets, I've had experience of all the vets here. Tori has recently saved our Chocolate Labrador after a vicious attack by a pitbull breed, nothing was too much trouble at any time of day or night. She even called with test results on her days off, she saved our much loved dog and gave great emotional support to the family on weekly visits. Second to none

As a scientist and someone who works within animal care and welfare I am very particular about the care that our animals receive. We currently share our home with 3 rescue cats and a rescue border collie and all have received exceptional care at Willows Vets, including for emergency visits. All the staff are friendly and helpful and obviously care very much about the animals they see. We regularly see Lorna, who always goes above and beyond to help our animals. Given that all are rescues and have had some truly horrendous experiences, trips to the vet can be stressful but they all love visiting Lorna, and are often excited to see her. All our animals receive the best care they can, and Lorna is always very helpful, professional and patient. All the staff are great and it's a wonderful experience to visit such a well run veterinary practice. Fees are reasonable, facilities are exceptional and Lorna's differential diagnoses have all been well thought out and effective.
I can't recommend Willows Vets highly enough.

I have been taking Jess, my cat, to Hartford since she moved in with me & they have always looked after her very well. Last Wednesday she was put to sleep, she was very ill and getting on for 16 years old, it was heart breaking & I lost my best friend however I would just like to say Thank You to everyone at The Willows. They were so kind and understanding to both of us & the other day I received a beautiful card from them which really touched my heart.

I was very worried when my elderly cat, Leo stopped eating and phoned the Willows. I was given an appointment that day and Leo was diagnosed with dental problems. After surgery, Leo is his usual mischievious self. Thank you, Willows for saving my cat.

We came to the Hartford Centre after my dog Jake collapsed on his morning walk. We arrived at 8.15am in the middle of the morning rush, with one of the duty vets off ill. Although we had no appointment we were reassured and calmly told that we would be seen in our car ASAP. After only 5 mins a nurse Jan or Jen came and checked Jake over, again reassuring us that we were not to worry and the vet would be with us as soon as he had completed the consultation he was doing. 5mins later Mike Holgate came to the car and treated Jake and gave us good advice. I do not believe we coild have received better service anywhere, and the attitude of all concerned especially Mike was outstanding. Jake is now slowly improving day by day. I am very grateful for all you did. Thank You very much indeed.

My dog Jasper has had a tricky year after being attacked by 2 rottweilers and then having a fatty lump removed. The fantastic vets and nurses at Willow Hartford were brilliant with Jasper and gave me all the support and advice I needed. The follow up appointments were really helpful and I would always recommend them to anyone. 5*!!
