“Excellent, friendly, professional, capable. ”

So pleased with the skilled, friendly and professional service received from Woodcroft. They very efficiently diagnosed and operated to remove a growth from our cat's chest, and considering it was such major surgery and it was just a couple of weeks ago, you'd barely even know, they fixed him up so well! They were so supportive throughout the diagnosis, procedure and recovery, there's really nothing more I could have asked for.

This sort of service does not come cheap, however, so I have to say how relieved I am that Tigger is insured. We're still left with a sizeable bill for the excess but it seems more than worth it to have our kitty back, and more full of life than we've seen in him months. Really amazing work.

our poor lily took a tumble last week, she ended up with a broken front leg, the only way she could be saved was to have an amputation, she a tiny little thing , The r
next day we took her to the animal hospital for surgery, all day we chewed our nails, then we could finally pick her up,we took lily home where we hand feed her and gave her meds , kept her in a box so she couldnt move around too much, only 4 days later she back to her old self, this was a great ending to a sad story, lily and her sisters are all happy again :)

“Excellent - Highly Recommended Vet & Laparoscopic Spay”

Excellent service from start to finish at the Queens Road Veterinary Hospital. From making the initial appointment, through to admitting my ESS for a laparoscopic spay, to collecting her afterwards. Polite friendly staff. Everything was explained & my questions were answered. Fabulous statistics which really put my mind at rest. Can't recommend this vets enough & would 100% recommend the laparoscopic spay. Operation Friday morning, collected Friday afternoon and then Saturday morning it was like...what operation.

“Outstanding!”

My poor boy (cat) has broken his femoral head. I have been referred by my own vet to Woodcroft. I am absolutely blown away by the level of care they have offered Zeus - he has been admitted this morning for an immediate operation to try to rectify the damage.
The vet was brilliant, he took the time to explain everything answered all my questions and treated Zeus as if he was my baby (he is!). The nurse I saw to admit him was equally professional and caring, as were the reception staff.
I have every confidence they will mend my boy and would recommend this practice to anyone.

“laparoscopy”

Thank you so much for taking good care of our Zebbie and performig the Laparascopy today. The staff are fabulous at Queen's Road Vets and have looked after our girl very well. Everything was explained simply. I would also like to thank you for the care you took in clipping her coat in preparation of her operation. She is a Hungarian Puli and her coat is starting to cord. You have taken off only where you needed to and did this under here upper cords, which will hide where she has been clipped. I can't thank you enough. The gentleman who admitted her this morning had such a calming voice and our girl took to him and trusted him. The Nurse that spoke to me after the procedure was also lovely and explained what aftercare to give

Many many thanks Me and Zebbie

“Thank you”

We would just like to say how impressed we have been with the Vets and reception staff at your Cheadle surgery. We have taken our cat here 3 times in the last year and the experience has been faultless. From arriving, waiting a very short length of time, to being seen by a vet.....it has all been outstanding. Thank you.

“Wouldn”

Having had pets looked after by this practice for 20+ years I have never had a bad experience. The 24 hour access to vets is a great reassurance. All the staff are friendly, efficient and caring. They may be a little more expensive than some vets but in my opinion (having experienced other vets in the past and whilst away on holiday) they are worth every penny. I would have no hesitation in recommending Woodcroft.

Have had experience of the surgeries at bramhall, cheadle Hulme & councillor lane and have never been disappointed; every time we attend me+my pets are met with the same friendliness, professionalism & competency that we have come to expect from Woodcroft. Their prices may be a little high but I cannot fault the job they do-thanks! :)

“highly recommended”

having used a great vet in gatley for 20 yrs for all my cats and dog, when i had given up my car i had to rely on others to get us there which wasnt convenient for all concerned. However when Woodcoft opened on councillor lane I thought maybe this could be a good move as its within walking distance for me.

So reluctently I took the plunge and changed and although slightly more expensive its worth it as they are a great team. The weekend opening times and late evenings are wonderful as I work. So up to now I am very impressed with them and would recommend their friendly professional services.

“The Best Vets in The World. ”

My 9 month old puppy has had 3 big operations at Woodcroft over the past 4 months. The wonderful David Parker diagnosed Millie with Bi Luxating Patella. He has done 2 big operations on both legs including putting a metal plate in one leg. Recently Mr Parker removed a pin and spayed Millie. Woodcroft have the best facilities and really know their stuff. They advised me and lent me equipment to help Millie. All the nurses are friendly and kind, Zoe is lovely and worked closely with Millie. They have a wonderful state of the art hospital which is spotlessly clean. Without David Parker, Zoe, all the nurses and Lisa in the office, that was a great help with my insurance claim, Millie would not be walking now. Many thanks.

“Simply the Best!”

Woodcroft and all its staff, especially the people on reception, have made my visits special. Always ready with a friendly smile and kind words to reassure me that my dog is in the best possible place, being cared for by the best possible vets and nurses, and they have never let me down. My dog nearly lost his eye, but thanks to the expert care he received, the eye was saved and normal service resumed. THANK YOU WOODCROFT FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE FOR ME AND MY DOG, I WOULDN'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
