“Indian Ringneck”

My Indian ringneck was unwell and I rang the surgery to book an appointment. The staff were very helpful and did their best to ensure my bird could be seen as soon as possible. They were very friendly and the vet did everything he could in order to help him, giving me very good advice on diet and future care. Prices are very reasonable and I got the best for what I paid. I would definitely recommend this vets to any pet owner looking for their pets to be cared for by the best. Definitely the best vet I've been to

“Friendly and Caring Pratice ”

We have used this practice for over 20 years and have always found them to be extremely friendly, helpful and very caring whenever we have visited, whether for an emergency appointment or routine check-ups. from the practice nurse to the veterinary surgeons and you never feel rushed or as though you are wasting their time when you visit
we would definitely recommend them to anyone wondering who to registered their pets with.

“Very Impressed. ”

We recently changed to this practice as we wanted an independent vet and not one which was part of a national chain. So far we have been extremely impressed. The staff are competent and friendly and seem to truly care about your pets, and not just see £ signs.

“Excellent service in every respect.”

We have two dogs who are very dear to us and as they get older are beginning to suffer a range of different problems as one can expect but Colin Brown, who we usually see, has always been most thorough in assessing their problems, accurate in his diagnosis and effective in their treatment. Our eldest, Molly, a Cairn/ Jack Russell cross with real character has had problems with both eyes, at different times. Glaucoma basically. Colin recommended we see a specialist, which we did, and who monitored her condition over a period of months. Eventually removal of the eyes was the only option which Colin then performed very skilfully and with no residual trauma for Molly who copes brilliantly with day to day life at the age of 16. The charge was an order of magnitude lower than if the specialist had done it! Muffin, Molly's daughter of 11, had a cruciate ligament repaired a while back and now you would not know, she still runs about like a mad thing. We know the charge for this work was a lot less than other friends have paid for the same operation on their similarly sized dogs.

After care at the surgery is excellent and while all vets appear to be expensive charges from B, B and B seem pretty reasonable.

We have every confidence in their work and would thoroughly recommend them.

“Laser Teatment Works Wonders”

Apollo is our 12 year old GSDxLurcher. He was a very active dog, enjoying regular walks, agility, and chasing around with his brother and our other dogs, until he trapped a nerve in his spine. After this, he found walking uncomfortable, and would need frequent rest stops. He lost some muscle tone because he just wasn't comfortable enough to get the exercise he needed. We tried various remedies, anti-inflammatories, hydrotherapy, with limited success, acupuncture, which didn't suit him at all, and then laser treatment at Bell, Brown, and Bentley, at their Leicester Forest East practice. He's had nearly a dozen sessions now, and his wellbeing has improved markedly, from only being able to walk a few hundred yards between rests (and being taken to the park in a dog stroller) to managing a six mile walk around Keldy Forest while we were on holiday recently. We have our old dog back, he's happier, and we're looking forward to enjoying his company for more years to come. We're so impressed with his improvement, we have commenced laser therapy with our GSCxCollie, who is starting to suffer from arthritis.

“New client and first visit”

I would just like to express my gratitude and thanks for such a great service. Recently moved to the area and first visit to the practice following a concern over loss of mobility in my cats tail.

Appointment in under an hour of phoning for an appointment. Problem diagnosed and treated in under 1.5 hours of first phoning. Professional and caring vet who was very good with a timid cat. Medication explained and further treatment with easy instructions.

Very impressed and happy. Cat is well on the way to recovery and back to normal self.

Many Thanks.

“Sue ”

I would recommend this practice to any pet 'owner'. Over more than sixteen years my cat received excellent care. Over the final two weeks of her life, the care shown to both her and to me was exemplary and greatly valued.

Today a 14 week old kitten was introduced to the practice, and despite the innoculations and talk of speying, she still seems calm and balanced - her 'owner' could do to use her as a role model... She found all the staff as friendly and helpful as I have always done!

“Our Tessie”

We had to say goodbye to our Tessie last year, Colin, the vet at the wigston practice has always been very loving towards her. She had a few bouts of cancer and he looked after her each time. He brought her through everytime! I and my family are so grateful for such a loving vet to take are of her. Unfortunately the last bout she had got the better of her but he did everything! The nurses always made such a fuss of her when she arrived! I now have my own cat (kitty) and my sister has her dog (Harley) ad we both take them here. I'd tell anyone to go to bell, brown and Bentley. I trust them with my full heart.

“Professional, Caring and Experienced Experts - Strongly Recommended”

Our dog Micky is 13 years old and has been bald for sometimes, we took him to different Vets and they all think it's because of Micky's age (losing hair at old age) or he has some kinds of skin disease. Until Micky is treated by Vet David Bentley that all his hair has regrown after just two months since treatment, it's amazing! It's like magic, I am lost for words.
Thanks a million to Vet David Bentley! Without Vet David's experience and expertise Micky will still be bald and feel the cold now. You can see Micky's pictures before and after treatment on www.facebook.com/bbbvets

I would strongly recommend Bell, Brown and Bentley Veterinary Surgeon to all pet owners, because you can be assured that your beloved pets are treated by a team of Professionals when your pets need medical attention, especially if your pets have skin problem, Vet David Bentley is an excellent expert in this area.

A big 'thank you' to Vet David Bentley!

We would also like to thank Vet Gill O'Brien at LFE for treating Micky's ear infection and Daisy's paws with tender loving care!

“Friendly, approachable and compassionate - highly recommended”

We have been clients of Bell Brown and Bentley for the last 32 years with a number of dogs and a cat, all varying in age from puppy to geriatric and covering a wide range of various medical needs.

It is testament particularly to Colin Brown and David Bentley for their expertise in treating our dogs especially two who without their input would not have survived.

Over the years the vet nurses have been wonderful and currently the boys all love going and seeing the girls at LFE for big fusses.

With my personal experience I would highly recommend this practice. A big thank you from all of us.
