They saw my puppy quickly when he was in a bad way. They took my concerns seriously and looked after him well. They are always kind and helpful no matter who you speak to from the people on reception to the vet.

We have been using this vets for a year now, due to loosing faith in our previous practice. I have to say I am extremely pleased with this vets, and I would definitely recommend to friends and family. The prices are extremely good, but more to the point..... great with your pets!

Thank you to Victoria who looked after my beautiful 16 year old cat Millie. She had an awful abscess in her mouth. Victoria looked after her with care and patience as Millie was very stressed. Her treatment cured her abscess and I was so relieved. Thank you very much for your care and consideration to my beloved cat.

A big thank you to Jim at Your Vets Solihull for removing Alfie's tumour. He went for his four monthly check up at the Willows today and they commented on his operation saying it was outstanding. An excellent and very neat bit of work. So that now makes two times you have saved his life. A big thank you to all the staff as well for the love and care you give both Alfie and other two dogs. Well impressed with the speed of our pet insurance claim, money in our bank within two weeks, that's got to be a record.
Thanks Paul & Karen x

we joined your vets Lincoln rd the day they opened. I cannot begin to say just how fab, brilliant, helpful, happy ALL the staff are. Nothing is ever too much trouble they are just the best vets I have ever been too and will ALWAYS recommend them. We have taken our dog and my mother in laws dog here and the care that is shown EVERY time is just amazing, which is just what you want when you need help regarding your pet. I would never ever go anywhere else, the so called vets I have been to prior to them opening up just highlights how great all the staff here are. Emily, Michelle and Debbie who we have got to know through visiting your vets solihull are such lovely ladies and always make us feel at ease and more importantly make our pets very much at ease which is just lovely as no pet like's visiting the vets, saying that we never have any issues when visiting your vets solihull and that is mainly because of these ladies as they are the first faces we see. The vets themselves and nurses are also lovely and show such concern and understanding and listen to everything we explain and make sure we understand everything that has happened before leaving, so that we are confident we go home if any after care is needed
If anyone out there is looking for a very caring vets then make sure you go here as I know you will never ever have to look to go to another vets.
Your vets also have a 24hr service which is reassuring.

Worst vets I've ever been to. Kept me waiting around in reception twice for ages while the staff all got to together and was gossiping for the whole time I was there. Big rip off as well trying to get you to pay for treatments that pets don't even need.. I was told £40 for a haircut which turned out to £127 because apparently it took them all day to cut then they made up fleas which is there favourite line then paid £9 for a flu needle just a big rip off place much like a cheap crappy garage
Will never go again and will advise as many people as I can that the place is a rip off..
We are sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with your visit on this occasion Sarah - If you would like to, you can contact the clinic and speak with the vet who dealt with you at your visit; as this was not a straight forward case which was discussed with you at the time. Your cat had fleas in their coat, which is why we treated for this. Your cat also presented with cat flu at the consultation, which is again why we gave treatment for this. We also took all day to dematt your cat as he was not well enough for a general anaesthetic or sedation because of the cat flu. We had to give him regular breaks as he coat was very matted and we didn't want him to become sore or stressed. Please be assured that our interest is always with the pet patient and their health. We are happy to go over the care plan again with you and help clarify any misunderstandings you may have. We always endeavour to make sure that all of our clients are fully informed and understand any treatments we advise, and as such look forward to hearing from you.

Bruce my cat had developed a bald patch on his back and tummy. I went back in with him (2nd visit) as was worried he was over grooming. Michelle the vet and all the other staff are lovely and Michelle took a lot of time listening to me and being gentle with bruce.
She suggested that if the steroid injection did not work, Bruce might need to see a behaviour specialist which prompted me and my partner to sort out some of his bad habits.
One month later and he is a different cat, he is calm and thanks to their advice, he has a huge new perch and has bald patches are looking much better
