“Excellent service!”
I sadly had to have one of my cats put to sleep last November. The staff here from reception to the vet were so caring and compassionate. I wasn't rushed to make decisions and felt they cared about me as we'll as my cat. I'd recommend this practice to anyone. I even supplied chocolates I was so impressed with the guys here.

“I Wouldnt go anywhere else”
In the month of February 2013 I have visited YourVets on 8 separate occasions with my pets (1 dog and 2 rabbits). Each required an operation for differing reasons and this worrying time was made more bearable by the wonderful, caring nature of all the staff. From the vets and the pet health advisors to the reception staff, all have been wonderfully knowledgeable and supportive. The appointment times give you plenty of time to discuss your concerns and advice is always on hand with a simple telephone call. Most importantly I trust them to do the right thing for my precious pets. Why go anywhere else? I know I certainly wouldn't.

“Really Pleased!”
We were really pleased when this Clinic opened as it is within walking distance of our home - we had to drive to Stechford before. Our Mini Schnauzer feels very comfortable here, which is important to us. The Clinic is bright, fresh and clean with plenty of seating and all of the staff (Reception, Nurses and Vets) are very friendly and welcoming and provide a first class service. If our dog is happy to go there, we are too!

“Brilliant Team!”
A fantastic team! From receptionists and nurses, through to the vets; I think my guinea pig met them all!! After an operation to be spayed and removal of a mammary tumour, my guinea pig was determined not to make her own recovery easy and persistently chewed at her dressings, stitches, glue and eventually staples. The staff at YourVets, Solihull provided 1st class post-op care for 4 1/2 weeks, until she had fully recovered. I cannot thank them enough for their expertise and patience and would thoroughly recommend them to every pet owner.

I use this vets for my 3 dogs and recently had one die the surgery stayed open and were so friendly. They did not hurry us out and made it easier for my children. I really appreciated the kindness they showed and recommend to anyone.

“Nice modern surgery, friendly people and very reasonably priced!”
It was a genuine pleasure to visit the surgery. It is bright, modern and the people were very friendly and helpful. The price for my dogs vaccination was half of what I had been quoted elsewhere. I was really happy to visit this practice. Would thoroghly recomend it to anyone!
