“100% genuine care for your pet.”

Our cat is coming to the end of his life due to disease, and we feel that the treatment we have received since discovering this has been nothing but exeptional. Friendly, knowledgable staff, who insist on giving only the very best care for your pet. Just excellent.

The vets are always so kind and gentle with my pets and never judge me for being so caring and worried about them when they're ill.

“Amazing! ”

Myself and my partner took our dog to Yourvets last week as she was under the weather.
As soon as we entered the vets every member of staff was smiley and extremely welcoming putting us more at ease. The vet checking over Bessie was very gentle (as she was in pain) and made her feel comfortable.
After her scan we discovered our little furbaby was extremely poorly, the vet was very patient and explained every option we had to ensure the best for Bessie. Our Bessie did go ahead with the emergency operation and as we didn't know if she would 'make it' every member of staff reassured us and put us at ease, from the vet assistants to the receptionist who helped us fill out our insurance forms I could not thank them enough for everything they did.

Thankfully our Bessie pulled through and even when we collected her the following day she couldn't help giving the staff kisses goodbye.

Today we returned for the post op consultation to make sure she was getting on ok and upon walking in the vets we was surprised everyone - staff wise - remembered us and Bessie (considering they have hundreds of animals in a day) once again the receptionist was very welcoming, had the warmest smile and asked if we was ok, we was also blown away by how, when Bessie was called into the room the vet and assistant greeted her with a big cuddle which Bessie loved!

I never would go to another vets, they made us and Bessie feel so welcome and comfortable and part of their little family.
They have done an absolute fantastic job and myself and my partner cannot thank them enough! :)

“Amazing level of professinalism and understanding during a hard time for my family”

Last Saturday my mum and I had to say goodbye to a very special member of our family, our dog Dexter. Dexter was my first dog and I can't remember much of my life without him in it and for that reason my final goodbyes to him were especially difficult. However the nurses and vet who I met on that day were amazing and I cannot fault a thing. Never having had to go through a euthanize process the vet (I think she was American but I don't remember her name sorry) explained everything I should expect and gave me and mum as much time as we needed with Dexter before and after. She was incredible throughout and so respectful and gentle towards Dexter, he wasnt frightened or distressed and felt no pain and was at peace throughout the whole process because of those amazing ladies. I would like to thank everyone from that day on behalf of my family and dexter for being so supportive and easing a very difficult day for us.

“Wonderful Staff ”

I had my bunny Newton neutered a few months back and they were so thoughtful. I was very nervous since I've had him for 2 years and I consider him family and my best friend. Today I'm having my 6 month old Eizo neutered and hopefully he'll get the best treatment too. I'm as nervous as the first time but I know they will look atfer him. :) Can't wait to get him home again for a monster load of cuddles. Xx
