“Excellent Veterinary Practice.”

I have been here a few times now & I love the staff, they are all friendly & do an excellent job. The cost is a lot lower as well which is always welcome. My pet rat Rosie had to have a lump removed last summer & she received the very best care. I couldn't ask for more. I have had bad service & treatment from a previous practice which made me change to Your Vets, best thing I ever done xx

“Compassionate and professional”

I had to bring my 12 year old collie to the practice for the first time on sat and the treatment we received was fantastic. My dog had to unfortunately be put to sleep and I felt comfortable and supported at a very emotional time. My beloved pet was treated with dignity and respect and today I received a sympathy card which to me proves the staff really do care. Would recommend this practice to anyone and when the time is right for a new puppy to join our family will definitely be coming back.

“Absolutely Brilliant!”

Dental work (10 extractions and descale) on my little Chihuahua. I did worry about him having this done what with the anesthetic etc.(The risks of having this procedure that I'd read on the internet)and I expressed my concerns with the vet who reassured me that he was in good hands and that they would take good care of him. So he had it done(31/10/13)and he was absolutely fine. The staff are so informative and so friendly.
Taking him back for his second post op check this Saturday.
Thank you YourVets!
I wish you every success for the future, you deserve it.

“Such a great practice”

The staff at this vets are all really professional and the value for money is fantastic.
In our sad time of losing our beloved cat, Jessie, they were really kind and sympathetic. When we acquired our new Cat, Maisie, they offered such a great value for money Kitten Package.
They always are very helpful and as well as the vets and Nurses the reception staff are great too.
I would highly recommend this practice.

“useless”

took our sick Dalmatian to see these vets twice, they didn't have a clue and sold us flea treatment on second visit, his condition worsened so we took him to Celia Hammond vet clinic who were amazing, they gave him a blood test STRAIGHT AWAY and within 30 mins we found that his liver values were sky rocket. hes now recovering

“Thrilled”

That was it, i was thrilled to find a vet open on a Sunday, and then not be ripped off like some vets in the same area ( and that being weekdays ) . I took a little rescue cat that i felt may be feeling groggy.Dawn the vet i saw gave me time to tell the little ones storey of abuse and quickly picked up on her problem and treated her. I also found the reception staff really friendly and intend to register my 12 cats there,ha, i feel i've won the lottery knowing there's a vet available on a Sunday. Thankyou.

“Excellent treatment of my beloved dog”

My 9 year old staff developed a severe pyrometra and not being registered to a vet chose yourvets due to its location to me . From the start the staff were friendly and helpfull we was told to take her to there branch in Rayleigh for emergency surgery the level of care received was second to none with the surgeon Michael being absolutely brilliant in the care she received . Would I recommend yourvets? Dam right I will ......

“Outstanding!!!”

Our 1 year old rescue border collie is still learning to socialise, trust and cope with separation. Her first time at your vets, couldn't have asked for more. The nurses compassion and commitment to making her feel safe meant that they sat and lay on the floor with her until she was comfortable for me to leave. All involved listened, responded and supported and as a result our lovely Cassie has had minimum disruption and can continue to develop her socialising skills! They truly treat all animals as individuals, I've been a rescue dog owner for many years and have often experienced the kindness of vets but this has been over and above the usual. Thanks so much to Dawn, Leanne, Kim and all of the team, we will be back!

“Amazing Vets”

We had our Doberman for 12 years he was very much loved by all of us, 12 months ago he became incontinent we took him to a different well known Vet Surgery who sent us on our way after he gave a urine sample, then just after Christmas he changed physically he became skin on bone and we knew it wasn't good, we thought we would try YourVets for the first time but sadly we received bad news he had Cancer and it was too far advanced for treatment, but the way our beloved Rosko was treated was second to none and the compassionate way in which we were treated was amazing I will always wonder if the outcome would have been different if we had taken him there instead all those months ago. I would like to thank every single member of staff there from the very bottom of mine and my families heart, and the with sympathy card was so touching thank you xx

“Excellent level of service with a friendly smile :)”

I have been using Your Vets in Dagenham since they opened last year, I have to say that both my dogs and I love it and we have always been delighting with them.
All the staff are so friendly and help full, it seems that nothing is too much for them to do to assist me and my dogs.
Compared to other vets in our area the charges and fees are very low but this does not affect the level of service that you receive.

“Locum vet with no much experience”

A locum vet saw my dog for an ulcer on the eye several times. Missed some extra eyelashes and i needed to take it somewhere else where sorted it out in 2 visits. Not impressed by Your Vets.

Your Vets

This condition is called Distichiasis and it is a difficult thing to spot as the hairs tend to be so fine. It is a recognised condition which is more common in certain breeds, so it may not have been a typical breed to expect to see it in. Typically diagnosis is prompted by an ulcer failing to heal despite being treated aggresively, then we start to wonder why. We are sorry to hear that your dog has this condition as it can be difficult to manage longterm as the abnormal hairs tend to keep regrowing, but hope that he is feeling better now. If you would like to discuss the case with Anne-Lise, the Senior Vet at the clinic- she would welcome the chance to see your dog back, it could be useful for our vets to review the case and to know what treatment has been recommended
