“Excellent care ”

My bunny Florence went into the vets to be spayed and I cannot fault the care and service they provided. Having heard glowing reviews about the vets from family friends, it was a decision well made to follow their advice and bring our rabbit here. We were also given the option to sign up to a pet plan where you pay a sum monthly and get a load of benefits and annual vaccinations. I have nothing but praise for the practice and will continue to bring Flo here.

“Excellent service”

I have two cats, both have been treated at Lordship Lane vetinary surgery over the past year. Initially for routine treatments for fleas and worms etc. which was successful and unstressful experience for the cats and myself. So when my ginger tom Benny injured his head in a fight I contacted the vet when his face swelled after a couple of days, I was advised to to come straight in and he was instantly treated for an abscess. He is quite nervous and the get gained his confidence and relaxed him. I am very grateful to have such a reliable and convenient surgery close by.

“Fabulous care for all my animals”

Our family have had 2 cats for 7 years and Lordship Lane vets have looked after them brilliantly in this time - we've had emergency appointments, near death illness and weight issues (Emma even gave us a free 'Do Not Feed Me'b collar as we lost ours!).

We have recently taken the plunge and a puppy has joined our family. Each time we pop in to the surgery for weighing, flea/worming bits we've been met as though we were long lost friends! Last week the puppy had her first tick - i popped into the surgery to buy a tick remover and Emma (nutrionist) delighted in showing me how to remove it and even put it into a pot so my kids could see the little blighter!

I do worry that I often seem to spend money when I go to the vets however, I have been several times when the puppy has been whisked off to see the vet for 'a chat' not an appointment and therefore no charge!

Well recommended!

“Such kind caring staff”

Really lovely staff. They have been amazing with my tiny hamsters and degus through all sorts of injuries and illnesses. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my pets. They have been so kind and caring and have always made time to see my pets straight away when there's been an emergency.
Their prices are very reasonable and they are excellent about follow-up appointments

“Very professional and caring”

Thanks to the skill and knowledge of this practice they saved the life of my young dog. They have offered caring and successful treatment for both of my dogs over many years. They have always put care of the animal first and discussed the proposed treatment helpfully and thoughtfully. I would recommend them without hesitation.
