“Animals all the way”

I started using Yourvets at Rayleigh from about 2009 I think. I had a typical noisy GSD, he didn't like being at the vets and they were great with him. In 2014 I had to make that decision all pet owners dread; the compassion and genuine respect and dignity showed to both my dog and to myself has brought me back to them with my new GSD. She's a rehomed retired working dog and I don't know all of her history - suffice to say, she can be a stroppy dog with other animals at times. I explained this when I registered some time back, I again explained this on booking her in recently and the staff were great. It was all taken in its stride; the vet came to the car and got us, made sure no one was about when we went in and moved an owner and her dog out of the way when we left. No drama's, no attitude - just their normal day to day approach to our pets. Keep them well, keep them safe and treat them with respect and dignity; truly an amazing team at Yourvets, I always recommend them if anyone asks.

“Psycho Bob, the ginger kitten”

Thank you so much for looking after my idiot kitten when he was castrated. Quick and simple, no side effects and after his follow up appointment, ran straight up a 30ft tree!!

Been coming to YourVets for the last few years with my chocolate lab and am always pleased with the service and friendliness, they truly care for animals.

“Thomas and the team... ”

I arrived with Dizzee Rascal on Thursday morning, 8am, without warning. He had not moved for over 24hrs. He is a Chihuahua, so I thought I had just warn him out after a long walk. I was extremely upset, all the staff were so lovely and reassuring but without realising, they'd rushed Dizzee straight away for assessment, while I was directed to a quiet room where I was kept informed of progress. Thomas and the team reacted quickly and within a few hours had diagnosed Addison's disease. Dizzee needed to stay over night, however I was able to call and check on Dizzee any time. All the staff were very helpful. Thomas continued to monitor Dizzee's blood levels as they were "life threatening". On Friday evening 6.40pm I was able to collect him. Thomas was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me a mini lesson to make sure I understood my dog's condition including; a diagram and explanation, symptoms to look out for, medication and next steps. Thomas saved Dizzee's life and I am VERY grateful!

“Thank you so much”

Thank you to Your Vets in Rayleigh all the staff that helped save 'Meecha' live. Thomas at Rayleigh Your Vets, was quick thinking in realising that 'Meecha' needed specialist treatment, with his contacts I had the best within the hour, Thomas has worked closely with the specialist and saved 'Meecha's life.

“thankyou for everything!!”

An amazing vets and we couldnt thankyou enough for everything youve done for our 3 dachshunds over the past couple of years! Weve been in to have them all seen when they had kennel cough and again when we thought lola had a broken leg and you did everything to make sure that they were not in pain and today to see frank as he had a snapped dew claw! A very friendly and caring enviroment thankyou again!

“Sassy”

Myself, my son Michael and his girlfriend Shana came to you yesterday to discuss options for our beautiful Sassy, an 11 year old Lurcher. Sadly, we reached a painful decision to end her suffering and have her put down. The treatment Sassy and ourselves received was incredibly kind and we cannot thank you enough for your patience towards us when having to make a very difficult decision.

Sassy went peacefully.

“Great service and price!”

Great service and lovely staff. They are also a reasonable price and communicate everything really well. Would recommend- if if you live in London as we do and travel out.

“all about money”

no advice was offered to me in regards to a basic question about specific medication and a condition to which i feel the medication is known to cause further complication to condition, the medication is in fact well known to cause complication but this practice would rather charge you for that information. be warned. if the practice decides to not show this review it will be going on social media network anyway with further details
