Thank you Pennards. Our ageing Staffie Jess was recently rushed to Pennards following a collapse. She had suffered a burst spleen. The whole team were fantastic, from Stephan who operated on Jess to Ella who had so much patience and understanding, guiding us through exactly what was happening, progress and expectations very step of the way. Also the nurses who sat with her through the night and nursed her through her blood transfusion. The whole teams professionalism and care were outstanding.
We have always found everyone at the practice cheerful and friendly. It is a lovely atmosphere and nothing is too much trouble. We are so thankful to have found such a brilliant veterinary team.

Immediately I walked into the clinic I felt a confidence and felt sure that you could help us.
Thank you for the care and consideration offered to me and Sunny. It is a huge relief that Sunny's condition has at last been properly diagnosed and rather scary that he could have been x rayed and undergone surgery with my normal vet which would have been totally unnecessary and possibly left him with complications to his knees which were sound in the first place. Very scary indeed,
I noticed that Sunny accepted a treat from you after the orthopaedic examination. It is very unusual for him to take a treat from a 'stranger' and is a measure of how he accepted and liked you !!!!!
Thank you so much Peter and for the information that you sent to me. I have to say, I shed a tear of pleasure driving home !

I would just like to say a big thank you to Peter and the team for looking after Ellie for me. I am very impressed with the way she has been treated. You took your time to sit down & explain to her condition with me so it was understood. If I have any fitness issues with my dogs I will be returning.
Thank you again Kathryn & Ellie

My collie x German Shepherd at 7 years of age was suffering with extreme hip dysplasia. Following consults with Peter and hydrotherapy sessions I came to the decision to get his hip replaced by a visiting specialist vet. He is now a different dog and I cannot thank the vets and nurses and hydrotherapist who have aided in this. My dog who was unable to jump up for years can now jump up and open doors by pulling down the door handles!

My daughter's rabbit and guinea pigs always stay at Pennards when we go on holiday, and are so well looked after by Becky and the team. We can enjoy ourselves safe in the knowledge that all their needs are being cared for. Thank you for such wonderful care!

I have recently boarded my senior cat(16) at Pennards cattery. It was her first cattery stay for many years and as a thyroid cat our lovely vet Andy assured me that she would be much safer than a neighbour visiting and also ensure that her medication was given correctly.
She has returned in very good health and is now down to two cuddles during the night(from four the first night home!)she appears to be appreciating home even more and I am confident that short holidays without worry will be in order if Pennards look after her again.
It was with some amusement that her four poster dolls bed was given to the reception desk(complete with curtains!)but as ever Pennards were more than happy to accomodate to ensure she felt safe and happy during her stay.
Keep up the good work and Tig says many thanks or purrs!!
