I have now been with this veterinary practice for over 25 years taking me through hamster health and now to puppy and westie health/care. All the staff are extremely helpful and passionate about the animals that visit the surgery and are always ready and willing to give hints, tips and suggestions to keep our pets in tip top condition.
Over the years I have recommended this practice to many of my friends and neighbours whose pets are now registered patients at the surgery.
Thanks to all the team for your continued support.

An excellent surgery that will always give you great advice over the phone before making an appointment. My family have used this surgery for many years and now I have my own pets, I do too. The staff are extremely friendly and take the time to explain all options and advice for treatment etc. We are confident that our cats will always be well cared for!

I have been a customer of Mayo vets for many years. Away welcomed with a warm smile and eagerness to help... Yogi-bear can't wait to get in the door if it is only to get a little doggy treat the staff... Amazing advice always given and gratefully received. I would highly recommend this practice.

I have been using Mayow Veterinary Surgery for a large number of years, both for my previous Labrador and my wonderful Golden Retriever who is epileptic. All the staff have always been, and are, extremely courteous and helpful, from the veterinary side and reception side.
I recommend to all new pet owners that I come across!!

I've been using Mayow Vets for over a year now and have found them impeccable on every level. I've always been proved clear, fair advise which has been trustworthy on every level. Many other people I know have complaints about vets they've used, claiming they felt decisions were made based on the cost of a treatment... However I can only say the opposite for Mayow. Every step of the way they have put the health and well being of my dog first, and even advised me against something that would have been charged for as they didn't feel it was right for my pet in that instance.
They are so friendly we are remembered and welcomed every time we arrive or even call up! Appointments are easy to get and the level of care is incredibly high. I highly recommend them.

I found Mayow Vets online after having some unsatisfactory experiences at other practices in south east London. Its website was really informative, and even better, advertised a special deal for pet vaccinations which ended up saving me a fortune.
When I arrived at the practice, the receptionists were friendly. Everything was fully organised, my appointment time was honoured and the vet was great. He gave my two cats a thorough check-up, explained everything he was doing and gave me tips to keep them healthy throughout the year.
I am really pleased I have found a practice that is welcoming, warm and treats me and my cats with respect, rather than as an opportunity to make money. Mayow Vets offers an excellent service.
I have already and will continue to recommend them to friends and colleagues.

I was pleased with the service offered by Mayow Surgery.
From the very first contact, staff has been friendly and professional. Easy to register, make an appointment and full information provided. My kitten was welcomed by the doctor and reassured. He was again very friendly and visibly skilled. Everything we needed to know was made clear and any question answered.
I contacted Mayow via email for advice and received their reply promptly. Their advice was very helpful, so helpful that I passed it onto more cat owners on a dedicated forum.
It is very thoughtful of them to maintain their prices reasonable as this allows everyone to afford taking care of a pet - such an important thing to have in a house! I also love receiving their updates via Facebook and keeping posted about their initiatives.
Overall, an outstanding clinic for our best friends.
