Michal was very kind and went out of his way to help when I brought my sick cat to see him. He took him over to Watford and back for me for a scan and patiently stayed on after closing time, giving me plenty of time to be with my cat before helping him depart this life.
I am also happy with my regular Medivet surgery in St Albans and was impressed that when they were unable to see me, they were able to make an appointment in Redbourn for me.

Extremely welcoming and helpful reception very competent vets going beyond their call of duty. The practise and the patient record system are linked to the medivet hospital in Watford, which is open 24/7 giving me peace of mind that a vet will be at hand if necessary and that they will have all the information they need. What else could a pet owner want?

The staff were lovely and friendly from the moment I walked in.
The vet was excellent and took me through all of my kittens needs and gave me great advice. I would recommend this clinic to anyone :)
