“Puppy Spay - Amy Rotton”

Amy was admitted at 9.30am and I was informed at 1.00pm that she was recovering well after her spay operation. I felt confident that she was in excellent hands during her stay. When I went to collect her everything was explained to me and I was appreciative of the after care sheet to be able to refer back to. I am very pleased with the care and professionalism shown by everyone at Bushbury. Amy is recovering well and I am very happy with the treatment of us both. Thank you to Stuart, nurses and staff an excellent service as usual - Ruth and Amy Rotton.

I was concerned about Eddie my dog being sick. I phoned to make an appointment and was seen within 24 hours, I found the receptionist very welcoming and friendly, the surgery was spotless and I cannot thank the vet enough for how she treated Eddie and how she put my minds at rest. She didn't just dismiss me but told me any concerns I may have to phone at anytime. The treatment given to Eddie was well worth the money and I would highly recommend St Georges to anyone who has a pet.

“Best Practice Ever...”

I love the friendly and professional atmosphere at St Georges. I have used different vets in the past, but when we adopted a Staffie from Sunnyside back in 2003 we transferred our other dog, Zack, there too and have been bringing all our dogs to the practice since. Whatever the problem, large or small, it is dealt with, with care and understanding.

Our much loved cat Bonnie reached the end of her life at the beginning
of December. She was treated with compassion and respect by the vets and staff at all times and at the very end. We would like, in particular, to thank Steve (of Cornerstones) and Stuart and Allison (of St Georges) who helped Bonnie attain a very happy life.

Thank you so much.

Thank you for your feedback, I am really sorry to hear that you do not recall receiving a reminder for your pet. We operate an automated diary system that writes to our clients in the month before their pets vaccinations are due, which is then followed up with SMS texts and a phone call if we have no response. I have checked that your reminder is set in place for future boosters. If you would like to discuss any aspect of this further then please call me on 01902 425262.

We were concerned when Cornerstones was transferring to St Georges as we had a bad experience many years ago. We did not have to worry. Stuart and his team are truly fantastic. Nothing too much trouble and the care given to the animals is genuine and not just a job. Our 3 cats have all been to Stuart and he has taken time in his explanation the problem and what treatment will be given.
Our Chihuahua Betty was in for a operation on 23rd and received first class treatment and returned to us well and nearly happy.
Don't ever change Stuart or you nurses. You are all lovely
