“Genuine Consultation”

Laid the facts straight did not beat around the bush, and I don't mean blunt. Appreciated the consultancy and all the explanations were given in a language that could be understood. Thanks for the service.

“Sting in the tail”

St Georges on Perton are a wonderful practice, they have looked after me and my dogs for a good few years and have always provided a fast and efficient service. However recently I attended for a weeping infected anal gland on my dog and paid at the time for a consultation, antibiotics and pain relief. I was asked to take her back the following week, my husband popped her back in and was supplied with a follow up consultation fee. I didnt mind paying for the repeat antibiotics however Ive never in my 25 years of using a vet been charged following the comment "pop her back next week and we will see how she is going". My mistake and one that I wont make again.
