We have been our dog registered at the clinic since he's born, so since five years now, and the vets are fantastic. I am impressed by the level of care, professionality and by the high standard of treatment. 10 over 10 , and a big thank you to the entire staff!

We can't thank or praise all of the Medivet Team who were working the nightshift on Christmas Day.
Our Toy Poodle Monty had been attacked by an Alsatian who was off the lead on Twickenham Green. He had been flipped and bitten causing wounds to his back, inner thigh and stomach. Monty had to stay with the team overnight as he had to be sedated in order to have some of his wounds stitched and to be monitored as one of the bites may have hit an internal organ which could have been life threatening.
The standard of care, expertise and professionalism was excellent, and team's friendly, quiet confidence was very reassuring. We have no hesitation in recommending this excellent practise.
I am happy to report that Monty is now on the mend and has got his spark back!
Once again many thanks to all of the Team, and a special thanks to Monika for her excellent sewing skills!

Very impressed with the standard of care, expertise and professionalism from the team at Medivet Richmond and would highly recommend. My cat Millie came down with a nasty case of upper respiratory infection and they knew just what to do to clear it up and help get Millie back to good health again. Juliana Branquinho and Aimee Warner were great and I really appreciate how they soon put Millie at ease on her visits. Thanks so much for genuinely caring about my cat and helping her to get well again. Millie is now back to her playful happy self thanks to the friendly and helpful staff at Medivet :)

This review has taken a little time to write: sadly, Ruairidh, our Golden Retriever is no longer with us but we wanted to say thanks for all the care he received from the team at Medivet Richmond. His was a complicated case and it was our painful decision not to prolong his suffering after the best possible veterninary interventions. The expertise of Yorram Ariel and Aimee Warner was of the highest professional standard and from our experience of other practices, their dedication was exceptional. This, combined with the love and sensitivity of all of the nursing team made our dear boy's time with them comfortable and reassuring. They achieved the miraculous task of keeping an unwell creature genuinely happy to the end. Their care and understanding was extraordinary and extended to us as owners.
The personal and professional care provided by all members of the Richmond team achieves high standards of excellence on all counts. I have no hesitation in recommending them and am happy they will continue to provide care for Thomas, black Labrador companion to Ruairidh.
Thank you Aimee, Yorram, Sara and all at Medivet, Richmond.

All the staff are so amazing at Medivet Richmond. They clearly care so much about my cat and I was so impressed by the quick diagnosis and careful explaination by the vet. The nurses were also so sweet looking after her. The standard of care was beyond expectation and totally wonderful.

My dog recently had surgery at Medivet in Richmond to remove lots of lumps and he's actually happier to go in to the vets after spending the day with them than before. Last time he had an appointment he pushed the door open to go out the back so he could see all his friends!! Everyone always makes such a fuss of him and they're very patient with him which is so reassuring for us. He couldn't be in better hands!

We can not put into words how grateful we are for MediVets saving Odie from a twisted stomach. We thought we lost him but they worked day and night to save is life . We want to shout from the trees what excellent care they gave Odie and I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone who has a sick animal.

They look after my 3 golden retrievers and have been fantastic. They are so caring and gentle with the dogs and always seem to get to the bottom of their problems quickly. One of them had to be admitted to hospital for severe bloody diarrhoea and I was so sad to have to leave her. I shouldnt have been though as all the vets and nurses looked after her so well. She doesnt like to go in a kennel so they made her a special comfy bed where she always seemed to be having cuddles from someone! They also have a vet and nurse on site 24 hours a day so I know she was looked after round the clock. I would never take my girls to another vet!

I am deeply upset as I had to put my cat to sleep on Thursday the 30th and was told that I could collect her ashes a week later. I have been calling for two days and no one is able to give me an answer where the ashes of my cat are, I am being they will get back to me and nothing is happening. This adding to my grief. Things do not turn out we want we are unable to provide we intended to we need to acknowledge that we fell short of the expectations and advise of the way forward I did not get as much as an apology.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry for the miscommunication with our staff but we are pleased we could resolve this mater for you. Please get in touch if there is anything else we can do to help.

Allough we are not registered with this vet,we were referred here by our vet ( Richmond vetiinary ) as our bulldog pup was in a very poor way, & the staff were absolutely brilliant not only did they diagnose & treat her for pneumonia , thay found on an X-ray that she had swallowed a significant piece of crockery ( Yes crockery) it was approx 3 cms long & they managed to get it out of her tummy without surgery, how brilliant is that? I would like to say to each & everyone of you special, because I think your all very special thankYou from the bottom of our hearts for looking after bow, & just to let you know that if we had found you first we would have chose you to be our vets, because without your expertise I think we could have lost our litte bully bow.
