Our little cat Gizmo has just received the most excellent veterinary care from Przemek and his team at Medivet, Billinge and we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. Gizmo is not a good traveller so it is a godsend to have a vet practice so close to home.
Przemek, the veterinary surgeon was very pleasant, professional and caring throughout and gave us a clear explanation of Gizmo's diagnosis and proposed treatment and cost. It's always a worrying time when you have to leave a pet at the vets to have surgery, but Przemek gave us complete reassurance and we felt confident leaving our very special little boy in his safe hands.
Faye and Charlotte were friendly and caring throughout and clearly very professional and dedicated to their work. We received very clear post-surgery advice from both Przemek and Charlotte and look forward to seeing them all again when we return for Gizmo's check up. An excellent service and a super team! Thank you!

My friend recently found a injured and neglected cat - the nursing team couldn't have been more helpful. Showing she really cared about animals and there health and not just a job.
Would bring my pet to them and recommend all my friends to use this practice - knowing they would treat my cat as there own. Refreshing to see, thank you

It was my new pups first trip to through vet with me for his jabs. He got lots of cuddles, attention and treats. We were made to feel really relaxed and all my questions were answered, no matter how silly they seemed! Lovely vets practice, well recommended!

Had my dog for 7 years and been to lots of vets before here, not found a place that compares yet! Great team, nothing is ever too much trouble. The nurse even stayed behind an hour after closing time to help me and my lucy! Thank you for your help, we both apreciate it so much.

Have a few different family pets so seen a few different vets, always easy to get an appointment, never have to wait long, the staff are always chatty and friendly, great service, highly recommended...

Our little Jess wandered off whilst staying with my mum for a holiday. She was handed in to MediVet Billinge and Charlotte called us . Thank you so much for looking after her and caring for her until she was collected. She is a little old dear and the knowledge that Charlotte was going to take her home if she hadn't been collected was great comfort and above and beyond duties so showed to us that she really cared.

I would highly recommend this practice. The whole team are friendly and approachable and always make a fuss of my old girl. My little dog is almost 17 and has been quite poorly recently. The vet made every effort to investigate further for us and understood how loved and important she is to our family. She has now made a full recovery and is enjoying senior life!

DISAPPOINTED WITH GENERAL KNOWLEDGE TO ANIMALS WELFARE, HE DIDN'T SEEM TO KNOW WHAT TO ADVISE. IT WAS LIKE I WAS PLAYING VET FOR THE DAY, CONSIDERING HE ASKED ME MORE OF WHAT I THOUGHT THAN HIS PROFESSIONAL OPINION.
