I've had such great experiences from the staff here, especially Kishor. He completely goes above and beyond everytime I have visited (which has been a lot), everything is always explained really well and I feel like he really cares about my 2 dogs. It's really nice to be able to have trust in your vet :-)

I have 4 bunnies of different species and i cannot fault this team at all! They've seen my buns at very short notice, spoke to me on the phone whilst i'm in a panic and generally put my mind at rest whilst they are having ops. Kishor in particular has been amazing with all my pets and genuinely helps with any concerns i have no matter how big or small, even seeing another bunny who wasn't even booked in on a particular day we were there (bit of whim. If you ring and ask for a call back he always will, even out of hours sometimes. I genuinely feel they will go above and beyond.
We recently moved our dog from a different vet to companion care at pipps hill as Kishors advice regarding a problem on his knee was so good. The op went ahead and Charlie is now recovering at home :)
I couldn't be happier!

I simply cannot express my extreme gratitude to this practice, and Kishor in particular. Our dog has had a bit of a limp on and off for some time, and another vet insisted that there was only 1 thing that would solve it at a cost of £3000! Kishor advised after doing a few tests and xray (other vets did not do)that the problem was not so bad and may not even be what the other vets said, and that no op at this stage and it was not causing her pain (though possibly in future - it was surgerys 1st day of opening too so i'm sure £3000 would have been nice for them!)1 yr later the problem suddenly got worse and it was time for an op (by now we had a chance to save for it too). Kishor said that there was another surgery option which in many ways was the better choice as the risks were lower and it cost only £1100. Results would be the same whichever op was done. Finally a vet whose concerns and interests are genuinely for the animals and not for the money! The op went well last week and she is recovering well. Kishor gave us plently of time and advice (even calling us on his day off to answer a question we asked the receptionist who kindly called him on his mobile). Nothing is too much trouble for the staff here and i not trust anyone else with my baby! Like garages, some vets i feel like to try and rip people off and sell things that are not necessarily needed, but i know that this practice are not like this at all. I would whole heartidly recommend thiss practice to anyone, and will never go elsewhere again!
Thank you to all the team at Companion care Pipps Hill x
