I went in with little to no expectations and left thoroughly satisfied. My cat was taken care of with the same urgency and care of an actual owner. Notably by Katija, who was a calming influence through our family dilemma. Highly recommend.

I had two dalmatians. sadly i lost one. The staff have always been excellent with my dals, they look forward to seeing all the staff. the staff get to know your companions and treat them with as much affection as you. when it came to saying goodbye to our old girl, i didn't see medivet staff kneeling with me, i saw people that got to know our dog and showed so much compassion all the way through. I will always recommend medivet st albans. alot of practices should take a leaf out their book.

Had my three cats with this branch until I moved. Always very friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. Luckily I only had to visit them for routine treatment and the odd bit of dental work.

I think our 2 year old Welsh springer spaniel Ollie wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for the care and treatment he has received at St Albans (and the hospital at Watford). After being seen by Catarina he was very swiftly taken to Watford and there spent a week and a half being treated for an immune blood disorder. I believe he had 5 vets working on him at one time. I think being treated at a large practice with all the knowledge and equipment probably made the difference. Since then he has had many blood tests at the St Albans practice and although sometimes a bit reluctant to go through the surgery door still happily gets a fuss from Catarina, Amy, Liz, Sarah and the team. Thank you all very much! Diane

Not only are you great, you are fantastic!
You've been so, so kind and sympathetic to our dog Sophie and us as a family.
We would never go to anyone else.
Thank you Sarah, Liz, Catarina, Amy and All!

I have been using the St. Albans branch for over 10 years and have always been very happy with their service. Unfortunately over the last few years, I've got to know the team a bit better as my cats have been poorly. I can't fault the service that they offered at a very difficult time when one beloved cat was diagnosed with cancer. Catarina and Sarah in particular, were so lovely and compassionate it really made a difference to me and I felt made a difference to my cats too. I'd highly recommend all of them, they are professional but friendly and understand that your pets are an extension of your family.

Medivet staff genuinely care about my cats and don't rush our consultations. They are very
friendly and are gentle and kind with nervous pets. I've struggled to find a vet that I feel comfortable with but am now happy to call Medivet my vet :-)
