In the 2nd week of the puppy party. Louise is fantastic, very informative, friendly and allows the dogs to socialise safely. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you.

The nurse on the reception called Lisa was very helpful with answering our initial questions as I have never been to a vets before and gave us the right advice in terms of treatment and which way was best to transport our hamster. We went into the vets at 3:10pm and had a appointment booked for 4:15pm the same day, which gave us enough time to go home and arrange everything to get our pet ready for their visit which I thought was very considerate and speedy service. Very polite, smiley and genuine lady!
The male vet (didn't catch name) was also very helpful in terms of what the injury might have been from and explained in detail. Also helped with advice on the living situation of our animals and showed how much of the medicine to administer in the syringe which was very helpful.
We wasn't aware of the price of the medicine until payment but wasn't to much of a shock and still good value! Perfect staff and visit couldn't fault!

Our first visit to the practice was saturday 19th April, this was an open day also. We were welcomed by warm caring staff. They was able to fit us in with our new puppy who had started with a skin problem. The vet we saw gave stan a thorough inspection and Said he may have a a skin allergy And gave him antibiotics. He has a follow up appointment sat 26th April to ensure all is ok. I felt at ease as all staff were so freindly and knowledgeable. Thanks girls you were all amazing.

After several visits to a local vets in Hull, the treatment they offered had not helped my French Bulldog. On the opening of the Anlaby practice and after a very thorough consultation with Barry, my frenchie was cured. Barry took the time to explain what he thought the cause was and how he thought it could be cured, his expertise and knowledge was invaluable to me. The receptionists are also welcoming and friending and excellent in their job. On another two occasions my frenchie caught her dew claws each occasion I was fitted in immediately to seek advice with Barry. Every vets should have a Barry !!
On a separate note the care given by Barry, the nurses and staff for my Chihuahua when she was spayed was five star.
I would certainly recommend this practice to others.
Thanks again all.
