“Companion pet care Aylesbury branch”

We have used Companion pet care in Aylesbury since moving to the area two years ago. Oliver Watson and his team are very devoted and caring and they are genuinely interested in the animals he cares for. When our old boy German Shepherd (Maxi) was very poorly at the beginning of 2014 Oliver ensured that his final hours were memorable for us and filled with beautiful memories. Then when we bought our German Shepherd puppy (Beau) and took him for his vaccinations etc the staff at Companion pet care were so lovely.

A friend of mine told me about a vet inside Pets at Home in Aylesbury so I visited tonight with my little dog, the reception staff are very efficient and friendly and I got an appointment within the hour!
The opening hours for this practice are perfect, seven days a week! they only close 2 days per year.
Oliver examined my dog very thoroughly and was very attentive to this 17 year old pooch who means the world to me, he gave me lots of good advice and information about his present age, tips etc and put me at ease with my worries, Upon paying at the counter afterwards, well what can I say, very, very good value and competitive, but that aside the attention we received was outstanding, a very clean and well organised practice and I would highly recommend without a doubt.

“really fantastic vet!!”

I am really happy with the care and attention that they gave to both my dogs. I have changed from my old vets to companion care vets Aylesbury and have recommend them to all of my animal loving friends. The vets and receptionist are all very professional aswell as sympathetic to the worried pet owners. Fab vets!!

“Outstanding Care”

I have 3 dogs and recently they have all needed an operation of some kind 2 of them needed dental treatment which they performed a marvelous job, and my other dog decided that she would swallow a peach stone and it blocked the start of her bowel and needed a lifesaving operation to get it out and Oliver reassured that she would be fine and Oliver himself stayed later so he could check she woke up ok and rang me when she could come home, I can't thank Oliver and his team enough for what they have done for me and my dog. I cant fault this practise in any way. All of the staff are caring, friendly and helpful. We have a puppy that was suffering from a sensitive stomach and was very poorly. The team took great care of him, ran some tests and made some good recommendations. Througout they were reassuring and kept us informed throughout.

we were going to get him neutered and was thinking about another vets. When they asked for his records we recieved a very courteous call asking if the had done something to upset us! They then price matched the other vets and the procedure was completed very quickly.

Flawless customer service - would highly recommend!

“Fantastic Caring Services”

Have used this service twice now opposed to my regular vet and I must be honest I shall be now making "Aylesbury" my permanent vet for our dog.

The service is excellent and the Vets manner and thorough service is wonderful.
I won't lie there is a large difference in costing between here and my normal vet - this service being much cheaper - and before any body says " oh yes but my vet knows my animal and blah blah blah" give them a chance - you will NOT be disappointed.

The hours of business is great to which helps with busy hectic schedules

Thank you very much !!!!!!!!!

“Excellent Vets”

Oliver and his team are simply the best. I would recommend them to anyone. The care and compassion they showed for our little dog was heart warming. Oliver went above and beyond several times. The whole team are always highly professional and keep you well informed of the different treatment options and prices (which were always very competitive). I will be forever grateful for the care they showed Patch on his final day, he couldn't of been in better hands. I really couldn't recommend them enough.

Our 15 year old cat was very sick and not eating but Jessica the vet treated her and she is now recovering very well thanks to her care and expertise in identifying the problem even phoning a couple days after treatment to check if the cat was ok
Would I use them again? you bet

We have had nothing but a brilliant experience of visiting the practice with two of our cats and one of our dogs. Oliver goes over and above with his expertise. I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else!

“Excellent Service ”

I have recently taken both my JR terriers to see Oliver at Companion Care, Millie who is 11 was first as she was having some trouble with loose teeth. We found out that she needed a good amount of dental work and in fact needed 12 teeth removed. We were given clear information on what was needed and how much it would cost, so no shock when it came to the bill, which was very competitive. Millie was treated with great care and has bounced back after her procedure, she is like a new dog and has not had any trouble eating!!! Queenie was next with a recurrent problem with a cruciate ligament, we are now on bed rest. All staff were friendly and treated us all with respect and I would have no trouble in recommending them to anyone.

Oliver has taken on my puppy dog after we were badly treated and had a misdiagnosis at another vet.

He is caring, passionate and takes his job very seriously. He is also vert forthcoming and always clear about the options ahead.

It has been a great experience for me and my dog so far and we look forward to many years of health. It has been a pleasure to know him so far.

Everyone else at the surgery is also pleasant and professional. The surgery is clean, well lit, appointments are on time. It also makes a lot of sense to have it inside "Pets at Home" as it is quite convenient to part and shop.

All I can say is why did I not think of going there before :)

“Would Recommend”

I took my adopted stray cat to see the vet, He explained what the possible causes of his condition could be,I was shown the xray and talked through the prognosis.Sadly my cat had to be put to sleep, but both Oliver and Emma showed respect and sympathy, they could not of been kinder.I was given time to say goodbye before and after he had gone.
The surgery is very clean and bright, all the staff are friendly, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this surgery.
