Coastway has a reputation in Brighton of being a touch more expensive than some other practices. However, I would urge you to forget that for so many reasons. From the initial call to ask for help, through to the speed of the appointment, the knowledge, kindness, empathy, enthusiasm of every single person in who works in that practice is first class. Coastway folks, thank you so very much.

An excellent vets,we could not recommend their services higher,Paul we have been seeing for well over 10 years now so have no hesitation in recommendation very professional and a pleasure to deal with.After a recent illness our dog was diagnosed with we was seen by Andreas and he to is most caring & we could not have felt our dog was in safer hands.All Reception team ,Vets & Nurses are very efficient,kind & caring.All at coastway brighton are highly recommended...

I took my dog to have 3 teeth removed at coastway Brighton, I was registered with another vet so was anxious that I had made the right decision in changing vets for this procedure, I am so pleased I did as my dog received excellent care and ended up having 5 teeth out, Sharon the vetinary nurse who cared for him was so kind and talked me through the whole procedure and was very reassuring as I was crying my eyes out at leaving him! the after care has been amazing and I am so pleased I changed vets. thank you Sharon and all at Brighton.

I've just endured the two most worrying weeks - I took my Charlie in after finding a lump, the vet (Terry) offered to operate on her the very next day.
I took her in the following morning where I was a total mess, the receptionists were lovely and the nurse called the vet to go through the operation with me to reassure me.
The whole practice is lovely & clean, appointments are always on time. Everybody there is so helpful and caring, I cannot express my gratitude enough to these people.
My Charlie is on the mend and I couldn't be more relieved - thank you all (especially Terry the Super Vet!)

I had to request immunotherapy serum 3 times before it was ordered. The delay caused my dog's injection to be late, potentially comprimising his treatment. Only time will tell.
This is an honest review - if you do not publish it I will find a different way to do so.

We are aware that on this occasion there were unfortunate delays in getting the specialist medication to you, due to a fire in the laboratory of the overseas supplier and a staff miscommunication. Happily, our supplier has assured us that the delay period should not compromise your dog's health. We are looking at how we can learn from this situation and would be happy to review your case personally in order to improve our service in the future. attended here whilst on holiday with our 9.5yrs boxer Lou.. Our girl had an operation prior to us coming to Brighton and needed her wound checked , we were seen by Rowan who was very professional and extremely nice , he took his time with Lou and checked her throughly. I would definitely recommend this veterinary surgery and I would definitely Use them again also treatment And medication was very reasonably priced. Thank you so much

My dog collapsed in the park recently and I rushed her into Kemp Town where Andreas and Vicki saw her. I was in such a panic but they were both so reassuring and calm that I instantly felt better. They gave Moo a thorough examination and ran tests. They explained what they were doing and we discussed costs so there were no surprises when I went to pay the bill. All the staff here are lovely. They're worth every penny and I can't recommend them enough. My dogs doing well now and I'm so grateful for all they've done.

We've always used Coastway and been really happy with them, but when my dog Suka didn't recover as planned from her operation, I complained. My complaint was taken very seriously, quickly dealt with and Suka was reassessed and treated. It's given me huge peace of mind knowing that I can talk to Coastway about Suka's care and have my concerns listened to. I'm happy and confident that Suka will receive the best of care.
