Had my best mate and dog put to sleep yesterday. Cannot thank all the staff enough for there brilliant support in helping me get over the trauma of losing my old Shitzu Milo. Miss him loads thanks oak field.

Today I phoned the Tamworth practice for advice on a dog that my elderly mother had just bought. The advice given to me by Laura made complete and utter sense to the dogs behavior. Excellent advice, excellent practice and very very caring and helpful. Thank you Laura, You're a star!

May I say that will and emma and the staff have been fantastic with honeysuckle, I rescued her she needed a lot of dental treatment which will and Emma sorted for me, oakfield are fantastic

Thank you for your kindness and care for our much loved hamster Ryan when it was sadly time to say goodbye. You helped make a difficult decision easier and were so gentle with Ryan. I was so upset and in floods of tears so your understanding was much appreciated.
The sympathy card that you posted to me made me cry again but what a lovely compassionate gesture and acknowledgement of the genuine grief when we lose a much loved pet.

I can not thank you enough for the assistance given in helping Evie to give Birth to five lovely girl welsh Springers on the 26th September 2013. With the help of Laura and Bart Evie gave birth to five girls we named the first one Laura she deserves it. Evie had a further three puppies at home two boys and a girl we have named the first dog Bart.
