I have been bringing my 3 dogs to Lakeview for just over 2 years now and Phil and his team have always welcomed them like their own (especially Benji who is now 15). They have always been gentle and kind and when surgery was required on Benji recently Phil took the time to explain in detail the pros and cons of proceeding, giving us the opportunity to make an educated decision on the operation. Benji, Oscar and Charlie have never shown any nerves when entering the surgery, in fact, on the contrary they are all too busy saying 'hi' and catching up with old friends! I cannot recommend Lakeview Veterinary Practice highly enough.

I have been with Lakeview for some time now. Both my cats are 15yrs old now and have a few health issues. Phil and his team are brilliant and get them in asap every time. They are very thorough and tender with each examination. Helen is brilliant with the claim forms, and helps with any concerns with all animals. My Guinea pigs are also treated really well. I have recommended them to others, and my friend has changed across to them. I have nothing negative to say about anyone who works there. Thank you

I moved to this vets after a disappointing time at a previous surgery and I can safely say I have not been disappointed again, I took my new rabbits in for a consultation as I had been advised my girl was a boy. After a through examination this was confirmed and we had a lengthy discussion around the best options for us as we did not want to breed. At this point I was also advised that my baby (now boy) rabbit had severe teeth problems and would need them removing or he will suffer health problems on a regular basis.
When my girl rabbit had her operation I brought her home and was a little worried the following day so called the surgery, I spoke to a very helpful nurse who gave me some advice and made me feel more comfortable with my rabbits condition. I am waiting for my boy to go in now for his operation and dental surgery!
I have been so pleased with the service, help and general care that I have transferred my 2 cats there also
Thank you for restoring my faith in Vets and helping me believe that there are people out there that care as much about my pets as I do

I have been using this practice since it opened as I have known Phil Burns for many years and have been a client of his for several years at his other practices previously.
Phil is not only personable and friendly towards his clients but is an excellent vet who genuinely cares about his clients and his patients. Phil takes the time to explain conditions and treatments in a manner that is clear and concise and nothing is too much trouble. He is always honest, professional and works with the greatest integrity.
I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.
