“Dignity and care for my elderly cat”

I had my beautiful old cat, Charlie, put to sleep 2 days ago. The care and time taken was lovely. No one rushed me or judged me. His final moments were lovely. Thank you for helping me allow my 19 year old boy to die peacefully.

“Minstrel my boy”

My most difficult decision,
thank you James and the so respectful young lady helping you. Fifteen & a half years of pleasure with my boy Minstrel a beloved chocolate Labrador,
I will miss him so.
All carried out with care and dignity for both Min. My wife and I. You have cared for Minstrel for so time now I cannot thank you enough

“Tender Paws - a superb veterinary practice,”

Hector our lovely standard poodle was cared for by Teder Paws for the last 6 years. We were always very satisfied with the care given. All aspects of the practice from admin staff, through to nurses and vets were first rate and Hector was (as far as that was possible) relaxed and happy with his visits.
At the age of 14 Hector's life came to an end and he was put down by James, the vet. The surgery handled this horrible necessity brilliantly to minimise distress to Hector and to allow us start our grieving without unnecessary upset.
Finally a few days after we received a "sympathy" card signed by all members of the practice. That card means an awful lot to us.
Thank you Tender Paws for everything!

“Vet experience”

WE were recommended to Tender Paws when we were given a kitten in 2012. We have found them to be excellent both from a technical point of view and their approach to animals. Nothing is too much trouble!
