My family rescued Tia (boxer-cross) over two years ago and she had suffered neglect resulting in a lot of surgery before we had her with us. We registered with companion care and they have been the bed rock of Tias recovery and managing her as her health recovered and issues have arisen. In particular, Janet (practising Vet), receptionists Charlotte and Rachel have gone out of their way to ensure that Tia is cared for and made welcome even when she was suffering. I can whole heartedly recommend the professionalism shown at the Vets and also how no issue was to small for them to deal with both with Tia and insurers when required. Thanks Mark and Family

I would like to thank Ricardo and his assistant who came out to our house on Wednesday, January 20th to see our dog Molly. Unfortunately, she had to be put to sleep. They treated her with great respect, not only for Molly, but also for us and we couldn't have wished for two nicer, kinder people to have come out at this sad time.

On Wednesday, my darling dog Molly had to be put to sleep due to illness. Ricardo and his associate came out to the house. I have never met such kind, caring vets. They were completely respectful of Molly and her needs and also of us, distraught family members having to say our final goodbyes. They were constantly stroking Molly and reassuring her (and us) and I believe they made her final moments more bareable. When they took her away, they cradled her like a baby and treated her as u would have done. In this difficult time, I am eternally grateful to these two men, who treated my dog as if she were there own.

I have been using Companion Care Bedford for a while now and not once have they let my animals down. They are caring and very knowledeable. One of my dogs is nervous, so at her vaccination last week, Jo was very understanding and did not rush my dog and it was all very positive for her.
They were also amazing during an emergency situation recently. My cat became very poorly, very quickly and I rang to warn them we were on our way, when we got there, there was someone waiting for us. She was rushed trough to the back where all emergency equipment was already ready for her and Jo was very calm and started working on her. She was very poorly, we knew that, Jo and her team did everything they could for her but she died. Again the team were amazing. They were very compassionate towards us, and even though she was busy, when we picked her up, Jo made sure she came to speak to us and answer any questions we had. Fantastic team and highly recommend them for 5 star treatment for your pets.

When we got our dog my wife selected companion care in Bedford as our vets.
Molly our dog has had several health checks, one surgical procedure and one (semi) emergency appointment after she ate my mobile phone. Companion care have been outstanding. The vets, nurses and admin staff are professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The standard of care is outstanding. Mollys surgery was performed efficiently and the scar was both neat and quickly healed without infection with minimum discomfort to Molly. The staff were very good at suggesting alternatives to the dog collar to prevent Molly licking her scar which I knew wouldn't work as she'd rip it off.
They're very good at offering advice over the phone and communicating available options to pet owners.
As a pet owner I wouldn't hesitate leaving Molly in their care (if required) and recommending them to others.

Due to annual leave there was a delay in responding, but I have now spoken to the client in person to discuss the matter, the investigations, treatment and costs, and given further advice and she seemed happy with the outcome.

I would just like to say that Jo and her team at Interchange Park have always been very professional but still warm and understanding of how important our pets are to us, however daft we seem. I have a Fox Red Labrador who is now 17 months old and has been treated by Jo and her team for various, normal things, vaccinations, neutering etc. and they have always been very friendly and supportive, so much so that we now have a new Lab, a 3 month old and I have had no hesitation in registering him with the team too.
Keep up the good work.

An excellent vet with a genuine love of animals.
I would certainly recommend them to family friends and others for care of their pets. My dog has been telling all of her friends how good Companion Care Vets Bedford is, especially if they are feeling a bit under the weather.
