I would just like to thank the team especially Kevin and Jill for their sensitivity and help when we recently lost our much loved family pet. They made a difficult time a little easier and enabled us all to say goodbye in a dignified manner which was very much appreciated. The card sent to our home was a lovely touch and very thoughtful.

I've been taking my dog to this practice since he was a pup and he's 11 & a half now, so that's nearly as long as the practice has been operating. From day 1 they have been professional, knowledgable, efficient, friendly, polite, and kind. My dog has had a lot of health issues and I have the utmost faith in Kevin and his team to give my dog the best treatment they can. His welfare has always been put first and there is also a common sense approach which I appreciate. It's not cheap, but I'm not aware of a decent vet that is. Health care is expensive and there is no doggie nhs so it's something you have to take on board when you're making the decision to get a pet. However, I certainly never feel as I've been ripped off. If you want a service you have to expect to pay for it, and my dog has always been treated properly at this practice and that's all that matters to me.

I cannot speak highly enough about this practice. All of the staff (from the admin staff and nurses to the vets themselves) are lovely and kind. They spend as much time with you and your pet as you need. They explain things throughly and go through ever option with you. They remember you and your pet which makes the atmosphere for both me as the owner and my pets wonderful. Both of my dogs love to go there. Even when we say we are going to the 'doctor' to them they are very excited. The care that team at Vets for Pets - Durham give my dogs has been excellent! I have been going there since the practice opened and I would never change vets! I love the puppy classes they offer and the specially price packages - like Vaccinations for Life. It is such great value and gives me peace of mind!
