I have a small 11 week old puppy. I have paid for all his injections etc with this practice. He hasn't been out yet, so needed his nails trimmed , just tips realy .Hum £15.50. I paid but well that's just to much by I think £7.50 .I liked it there but I realy like value for my money and if that's how it is , I will have to move vets as my friend is too.

We are sorry you feel dissatisfied with our service. £15.50 is our standard price for a nail clip, however puppies that require a trim at the time of vaccinations and/or flea/worming consultations often aren't charged at all. We strive to deliver a high standard of care and customer services and feel we offer good value for money. For example, most nurse consultations are free (unless we are providing a professional service such as a nail clip or anal gland expression) as are our puppy parties which makes us unique as a veterinary practice in the local area. Our team includes qualified and highly experienced Veterinary Nurses or students striving to acquire VN status and therefore we have to charge for our professional time.

We had to take our dog to be put to sleep unfortunately. The receptionist was wonderful, she was very understanding and compassionate, the nurse who dealt with us was equally wonderful and very understanding. The vet who was attending to Jake was Awful, Monica has a disgusting bed side manner, was very abrupt. She told, not asked, my husband to stop stroking Jake who was clearly getting distressed and she made end more distressing for all of us, even the nurse told her to go away when she was trying to shut the door on us and put Jake in a disposal bag. I would not recommend anyone to to see her. On past visits the other vets were brilliant
