The staff at Vets for Pets are great, it really feels like you are going to see friends whenever we take our dog. We often ask questions and get really good, comprehensive answers. The advice we have received is always good, practical and with a common sense approach. They offer as much compassion and respect to the owners as they do the animals which is great, particularly when your furbaby is not well.
Our dog Henry loves to go to the vets and that is because they have shown him love and affection...perhaps a bit too much because now I can't pass the building without him getting excited and trying to drag me in there!
Thank you for being great.

fantastic, all that needs to be said really. Never a reason to grumble over service or quality of care.

I can to Vet4Pat (Hull) when Peel was sold to Kingston Vets. My dog has a ongoing injury which worsened. Rang Kingston and they refused to see her as they were busy, even when I said I would pay emergency rates the still refused treatment.
Vet4Pets were amazing, saw her the next day even tho she was a new customer and xrayed, etc and refered by the lunchtime the next day.
Cannot thank them enough for what they did then and what they do now!

I cannot thank everyone enough at Vets 4 Pets for coming to the rescue of our Scottie Hester. She is one of our beloved pet dogs. Hester had been mated with another Scottie dog in January and was due to have her first litter this week. Hester & Hamish always enjoy visiting the surgery as everyone always made a fuss of them both & the nurses knew them both very well. Hester had had 2 scans during her pregnancy & nothing appeared untowards until her 1st born arrived as a sillborn 19 March, 2014 & then everything stopped. I was so concerned about Hester That I contacted the nurse for advice & she kept me calm with good advice until my husband & I could get Hester into the surgery. When there the Vet acted swiftly by administering an injection & observing her, after a short space of time the decision to administer another injection was made & when that failed Hester was admitted for an emergency csection & subsequently had 3 beautiful puppies from a litter of 7. It was heartbreaking to go through all that with Hester but everything was handled in a most professional & caring manor by all concerned & in such a way that we knew Hester was in very safe hands. When we picked Hester & the pups up a few hours later she walked out to the car constantly looking to the box carrying her pups & once home she could not have been a more caring & attentive mum to the 3 surviving pups. None of that would have been possible without the help of all the staff at Vets 4 Pets Hull. Thank you all so very much!
