“Great Service ”

My little pooch Kylie has had her jabs,Booster, & Chip at this surgery and they made her feel very calm she was very scared at first but they calmed her down. She also attended a puppy party where she could interact with other young dogs and received a Puppy pack which she loved. I would recommend this surgery to anyone who lives in Preston unfortunately I dont live in Preston anymore so is unable to visit them anymore

“Fantastic team saved our pups ”

We can not thank the team at vets for pets enough! Stephanie, Sophie and sorry can't recall the Scottish lady on receptions name! My little jack Russell was giving birth and just couldn't get pup 2 out and became distressed. We contacted vets 4 pets who said come straight away which we did with mum and pup one. The team were ready for us straight away. They delivered 3 further pups which the dog would never had done on her own! Excellent friendly, supportive staff. Made the awful experience manageable
Thankyou so much if it wasn't for your knowledge and expertise we would have probably lost the pups and our beautiful family pet x

“Professional, compassionate and helpful.”

Vets have all been fab with our animals. They always go through the options with you and your never pressured into something you can't afford or don't feel is necessary. Always treated our animals with caring and compassion. They were brilliant when we had two cats euthanized in emergency situations. Highly recommend this practice.

“Totally professional and caring.”

Our beloved Border Collie Barney had to be euthanised on Friday 14th March as an emergency,we were, and still are, devastated to say the least as it was so sudden. Fiona the vet and Amy the nurse were absolutely fantastic, completely professional and dignified in their care of Barney and their approach to a very upsetting and difficult situation for all concerned. They both showed complete understanding and compassion and we cannot thank them enough.
