“Couldn”

I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else.
I only interacted with Charlotte and Emma but both were amazing.

Charlotte was very understanding of my calls, when as a worried fur-mum I contacted to get info about my 2 kittens who went in for their neuter and spay. She always has a smile on her face and does all she can to help.

Emma was lovely going through everything slowly and answering any questions I had even if I thought they were a bit silly. She had my kitties purring even though they'd just had ops and had no problem with going through and showing me how to spot on properly.

Both of my babies seem very happy and content, which is all I could have asked for.

Thank you

“Vets4Pets Stockton”

We had acquired 2 Westie puppies recently and within days were suffering with sickness & diarrhoea, in addition one developed sepsisemia, the treatment our pups received from your professionals and support staff was out standing their conditions and recommend treatment was explained in detail, nothing was any trouble for them, we were given as much time as the consultation and treatment required, the practise at Stockton is obviously a very busy practise at no time did we ever feel rushed, we cannot praise all at Stockton highly enough, we will certainly be continue to use this practise for any further treatment they require, and will certainly recommend your service. “Thank You”

Many thanks to Mark and his team for the incredible care and understanding shown to me when I made a very hard decision to put my pet/companion Charlie to sleep. This was very much appreciated. I would strongly recommend this vets to anyone. Once again thank you for all you help and kindness over the years.

“The friendliest veterinary surgery I”

I've just got my very first dog recently and their treatment of her and services they've had on offer have helped me greatly. I took her for her second injection a few weeks ago and they told me about their Puppy Parties they do on Tuesday nights to help with the socialisation of puppies and to offer advice to new owners; it was brilliant and my puppy loved it (she made so many furriends!!!). They even allowed me to take my dwarf hamster one night to have her stitches taken out whilst we let my puppy play instead of us coming back the next day which saved us a lot of time. The treatment given to both my hamster and my dog has been brilliant and I am absolutely in love with this veterinary practice and I have no qualms at all.

“Best Vetinary practice”

This is the best Vet practice I have ever visited, either with my own animals or accompanying others with theirs. Mark and his team are highly professional but very friendly. They treat me and my dogs with the utmost respect. I own (or they own me) 2 GSD girls who are the loves of my life. Mark treats them brilliantly one of them is very hyper (not aggressive) but even though she is difficult to keep still while having treatment he never gets flustered or impatient with her making me feel more relaxed. The other is a blood donor and had an operation for an Aural Haematoma recently as she had many stitches, which in colour matched her colouring, two were missed when they were removed and had to be done later when found. Because of the way Mark and his team treated her she wasn't unduly distressed, and is still happy to visit. After she was finished with her treatment I took her in just to visit for a few times before she was next to donate blood and this helped to put her at ease this was encouraged by Mark. Mark and his team seem to have brilliant memories and recognize all their patients without looking them up, how I don't begin to know. I have never had such personal and friendly treatment from a Vet in the past. I have been using Vets4pets for about 6 years now and as advised by Mark and his team I have them on the Vacs for life programme, I also take advantage of the Bugs offer.
