Sadly i had to have my beloved cat "Ollie" put to sleep due to terminal illness. Throughout the whole experience both my cat and I were shown respect and dignity and allowed to spend our last few minutes together in a seperate room. Rohan (the vet) fully explained the procedure so we completely understood what to expect along with trying to ease our minds (as it is never a nice/easy decison to make, Ollie was part of our lives for 14 years). We were given time afterwards to say our goodbyes. I can not thank Rohan enough for the kind, caring and professional service he gave us. It made our last few minutes more barable knowing Ollie was being looked after by you. Thank you xx

I highly recommend this Practice as one of the best I have visited, when my Lulu needed an operation to remove some tumours, being a 14 year old little dog I was so worried an frightened, I knew they had to be removed, but the thought of going through an operation at that age it was one of the most stressful experiences of my life, but that might have saved her life, Dan helped me so much through the process, he performed the surgery but everyone was so kind from the first visits, to the surgery day,and the post operative check ups. They will always have my deepest gratitude. I was very worried about it specially with the anaesthesia but it was worthwhile in the end Lulu is safe and at home, and if you notice a lump in your dog don't chance it and wait because of the worry of the operation, the smaller the easier are to remove and treat. Thank you so much to these great vets Dan and Mat, Carly that offered me drinks and showed all along pictures of lulu after the operation when her own little dog Meg suffered an accident that morning, but that helped so much through that day. And all the team that looked after Lulu so much Rohan, Claire, Melanie,Samantha, Melanie, Jodie, Susan and Rebecca Again thank you so much from all of Lulu's human family!!
