I was in a bit of a panic when I rang for the first time in the afternoon. The receptionist was so patient and friendly and I was given a late appointment the same day. The vet was gentle and thorough with my kitty, offering treatment and general advice. When she recommended products, she was very considerate about price and I felt totally reassured and at ease. I will definitely be remaining with this vet.

As a Privately owned Vet Practice we do have links with a number of animal charities where our services are given at a discounted price. One such charity is the Dogs Trust. Part of the work of the Dogs Trust is to assist people on benefits with the cost of having their pet neutered. The pet's owner pays £30, the Dogs Trust pays the majority of the bill and Vets4Pets pay the remainder in the form of discount. This discount is given by Vets4Pets to the Dogs Trust, not the pets owner.
With regards to the recent visit, to treat your dog after she swallowed a bee sting, this would be charged at our normal rate as we do not offer discounts for people in receipt of benefits due to being a private vets. We are sorry if there was any confusion over this, and are more than happy to speak to you in person or over the phone, if you would like to contact the practice directly.
