Our beloved Labrador, Jack, developed a limp and was found to have cancer in his leg. Horatio spent a lot of time giving us the information we needed for this terrible news to sink-in and for us to decide on a course of action.
All the way through Jack's illness, Adina, Horatio and the receptionists were supportive, helpful and caring - they all appreciate how much your dog means to you.
When Jack's leg became too uncomfortable for him (despite all the drugs he was taking), we called the vets on a Sunday morning and were invited to bring him in at the end of surgery. Adele (who we hadn't met previously) was very kind and explained every step of the procedure. We sat with Jack while he passed away peacefully.
Thank you to all of you.

Our 14 year old Staffy Cross Zoe had a sore on her foot which refused to go away. With Steph's help we managed to find out it was Cancer, which in any other circumstance would be a death sentence for my dog. Steph found the right drug package to be on and 12 months later Zoe is still going strong. The Cancer is spreading but slowly enough for a 15 year old dog to play like a puppy with our small children.
We also received similar care for our other 15 year old Staffy Cross Tess. When Tess finally passed Companion Care Burton were visibly upset for us as they have become an extended part of our family.
