The welfare of both my cat & dog are of paramount importance to me. I've know the vets / nurses at this practice for over 10 years & they have always treated my two with kindness & respect. My dog Dylan has had a few issues over the years given he's a very active Collie, he managed to fracture his leg, has had transient lameness & he goes into the practice with confidence, no fear, because they give him cuddles & treats!
I'm constantly recommending this vet to my friends & colleagues.

After using another practice for a year I moved to Twick Vets as I just felt the other place couldn't have cared less and had no empathy with myself or my 2 cats.
I couldn't be happier with the team. I am a slightly neurotic cat mummy but the team here are just wonderful, answering all of my questions, taking very good care of my girls and showing them as much love and affection as I do. Whenever I had to leave the cats there I knew they would be looked after, you feel as though they love your pet as much as you do, nothing is too much of a hassle.
I have now moved house and currently looking for a vet practice as good as this one.

I booked my cat is for removal of a cyst on her eye. Medivet had quoted £1235.88 Twickenha, vets did the same operation and quoted £480 and charged me even less! NEVER will I go to nmedivet again. Additionally the vet I saw at Twickenham Vets was so kind, lovely and professional. As a veterinary nurse in my 30s I am so happy with this practice.

I have 7 dogs and 4 cats. Christabel, Wendy, Laura and all the staff treat you and your animals like family.
I 100% trust the judgement of these vets. They have helped me get 2 of my dogs to 16 years of age-keeping them healthy and happy , without any unnessary treatments or procedures. (As many vets will do ,just for the money!)
I recommend this surgery to anyone wanting the best care for their pets.
Thank you to all at Twickenham Vets.

I have used Twickenham Vets both for my own animals and the rescue animals that I manage for Hounslow Animal Welfare Society. They have always be incredibly helpful and professional. It is rare to find a vet surgery where you don't bother asking which vet you are seeing as they are all equally amazing. I would (and have) highly recommended them to anyone and especially with treating small animals which is an area done poorly by many vets.

I wanted to share my thoughts on your service with anyone requiring a recommendation to use you, below is a copy of my email to you after the extraordinarily exception care of our dear rabbit. Rabbit owners this is like private health care for bunnies.
Email sent was as follows:
Thank you so much for all of the following:
Being a warm and friendly place
For offering people the chance for paying for treatment in instalments
For being so attentive with our beloved Bentley Bunny
For operating on him so successfully that we get a bit more time with him
For keeping him in over night after the operation
For looking after him in the upstairs flat for his overnight stay
For putting up with me blubbing when I first bought him in
For recommending a sitter while we go on holiday.
In the 13 years we've lived here we've been to 4 vets and you are the only one to have extended our pets life.
Both Peter and myself are so grateful to you.
We will recommend you to all our pet owner friends.
Thank you so much for your kind review, I am very proud of my team here at Twickenham Veterinary Surgery and I am always very grateful for feedback from clients.
I am so pleased that Bentley is doing so well after his operation, and I hope he continues to do so for a very long time.
I would like to clarify that the paying for treatments in installments is now part of our Happy Healthy Pets Club, which is our cost effective preventative healthcare plan.
For more information on our Happy Healthy Pets Club. Please phone 020 8898 0528 to discuss it this with one of the team.

It is not so rare to find a good vet as there are a lot of amazing caring people out there but to find an entire Vets practice full of simply amazing professionals is. Having had cats with challenging illnesses from Cancer to Diabetes, the level of care has been incredible. Words cannot express just how wonderful all the vets, nurses and support team are.
We first came across Christabel many years ago when we brought a cat in who had been run over. Despite no knowledge of who owned the cat or certainty on the bill being paid, she nursed a very sick animal back to health and even found the owner. After this experience, we of course switched our own cats to Christabel.
