“Christabel and her excellent team”

I have been rescuing hedgehogs for many years and would not be able to carry out this work without very good veterinary backup. Christabel and her team are EXCELLENT and over the years have treated several hundred hedgehogs often having to operate on them. On many occasions the hedgehogs have been in a very bad state but every effort is always made to save them.
Seven years ago a stray cat was brought into the surgery he was extremely thin, as a result of a broken jaw, and had a damaged eye in addition to other problems and no microchip. The staff named him Bob and Wendy operated to wire his broken jaw. After eight weeks of nursing and love he was ready to be re homed. We gave him a home and he is a wonderful pet thanks to being saved by Christabel and her team.
No matter when I visit the surgery there is always a professional and caring atmosphere. The animals and their owners are always treated with respect and empathy and never rushed.
I will continue to refer anyone with an animal(s) to Twickenham Veterinary Surgery. We are extremely fortunate to have Christabel and all her team to refer to.

“INCREDIBLE”

If you are looking for a friendly caring vets then look no further. Twickenham Veterinary Surgery are truly amazing. The staff are so friendly and caring. They give you time and are compassionate towards your pets (after all they are family) my parents dog Ruby needed to have a minor operation. She is rather nervous. Our dog (who is like her sister!) is more confident and a regular visitor to the surgery and they allowed her to stay with Ruby which kept her calm. We just love this surgery and cannot recommend them highly enough. Christabel the owner really does do a great job and is a credit to the veterinary profession

“I am extremely proud to be a client of Twickenham Vets ”

I have had consistently good service for many years now - wouldn't dream of going anywhere else, they just go that extra mile for the animals in their care and I have living proof of it. Most vet's are a business first and the animal second with Twickenham Vets your animal is the first priority and then the business comes second, which other Vets would spend a Saturday in their own time doing castrations and spays for free if the owners couldn't afford to pay. Their ethos is just so reassuring and you know your in safe hands, everything is thought through carefully and explained in lay man's terms so you understand what is happening. Can't praise them high enough

“Wonderful Practice!”

The welfare of both my cat & dog are of paramount importance to me. I've know the vets / nurses at this practice for over 10 years & they have always treated my two with kindness & respect. My dog Dylan has had a few issues over the years given he's a very active Collie, he managed to fracture his leg, has had transient lameness & he goes into the practice with confidence, no fear, because they give him cuddles & treats!

I'm constantly recommending this vet to my friends & colleagues.
