Always go the extra mile for my cats and it was the same when my dog was alive.
On one occasion the vet on duty came to the practice at midnight when I called her.

“Respectful practise, who genuinely care !!”

I have never been to such a caring vet practise ever.
They are respectful to my animals, and even have a tissue for me when I got upset.
They listen , never rush you , and very gentle with your animals, unlike some vets I have been too
I would recommended this vets to anyone without any hesitation!!!
Thankyou

Cyril Hayes
The George Veterinary Hospital

We are constantly striving to improve our client experience at The George Veterinary Hospital. In a caring industry, some events cannot always be planned for and unfortunately appointments can run over if there are very sick patients or more commonly if a euthanasia is necessary and an owner wishes to spend time saying their goodbye. We feel it is paramount to the care of our clients and their pets, that we give as much time as is necessary to do our jobs to the utmost, and sincerely apologise if this impacts on waiting clients. Our waiting times are generally very low but I apologise that this was not the case this time, I am certain it was for a very good reason. If you wish to contact me directly and give me some further details I am very happy to look into it further.
