Sadly, last Tuesday, I had to make the awfull decision of putting my beautiful dog Spangle to sleep. It was the most awful decision to make, but I must say how comforting and compassionate the staff and vet were, and did there upmost to make it a dignified end to a much loved member of our family I can't thank them enough it's nice knowing this vet generally care for your pet .

I brought in my cat Leo at short notice this morning - was seen straight away. The staff and vet were lovely and I was even given a clean towel for my cat box after Leo had had an accident. The vet was great woth leo and he is now on the mend. Would definitley recommend this practice.

We had to bring our aged cat to be put to sleep. A harrrowing experience for anyone who has had to make that decision. All the staff were really kind to us and made it so much less of a trauma for us. We cannot thank them enough for their compassion.

My puppy has been in for all injections and microchip. She has also be been spayed. She also had a accident which involved an emergency appointment at the vets. When I telephoned I was told to bring her down and was seen very quickly.
Each time I have visited the vets the staff have been very polite and helpful. It is always very clean and the my dog has always had a fuss made of her by the staff.
Would recommend their five start service.

I have been using this practice for many years and was a little concerned when Andrew Tan left as it is never easy to find a vet that will always treat your animals with respect and do their utmost for them but I needed have worried. Leia and the team are wonderful and look after my pet rats professionally and sympathetically. They are the best!

Always fantastic. They saved one of my dogs' from dying aged 4 years old of IMHA in 2013. Their quick diagnosis meant that we got our little girl over to Royal Vetinary College in Potters Bar in time to save her. All of the dogs in my family are registered with them and for good reason. They are awesome at what they do. They actually have genuine compassion and are always so very helpful. I will be eternally grateful for their part in saving my little girl from dying. I have just got another 2 pups (31/08/2014) and am about to register them there. All of the staff excel at their job and are always willing to get to know your pet. They empathise with sincerity because they understand that it is not just a pet it is your family member that they are treating. I would not want to go anywhere else. It has never been all about the money at this practice. It has always been about the welfare of my pet who is my family. When ordering food etc... the service is always prompt. We had one dog registered at another practice because of the location of my parents at the time who sadly passed away to IMHA aged 3 years old. Our only regret is that he was not in the right location to have been seen in this practice. The practice he was seen in did not recognise the IMHA and/or act quickly enough to save our little boy. I am certain that had he been seen in this practice that he would have stood a better chance of being here today. So you see, first hand we have made the mistake of not travelling to this practice, and paid the price.
