I am a relatively new pet owner ;I have acquired all my pets , two cats and a dog , within the last three years.
The staff unfailingly put up with my many questions ;nothing is too much trouble .The vet nurses are knowledgeable , friendly and always professional and all the vets I have met equally so.
When my bitch was to be spayed I was told of a much cheaper location to have it done ; I chose Palmerston because I knew I would get the quality care I had paid for.

I cant recommend this practice highly enough, I have had a number of cats over the past 30 years and have inevitably visited many vets. However I have never had the quality of care, honest and open advice and professionalism shown by this practice. You pay a fair price for the treatment, never feel hurried and for once I feel as though the priority isn't all about making the practice money. I am so glad we found it!

I can't recommend them enough... The vet was recommended by the pet shop
down the road and was verry pleased with the service , very reasonable prices. I went to have my
Kitten vaccinated and she had a bad reaction after the first shots which is extremely rare... I called the
Vet after 48hrs as we were quite worried -she was not eating or drinkin and had a temperature. I called
them straight away and been offered an emergency appt immediately.
Thank you very much for helping my kitten Ruby :)

I have been seeing Neil and the team for many years. Neil is the kindest vet I have ever known and he always goes the extra mile to ensure the animals get the best treatment possible. Backed up by some knowledgeable vet nurses the animals look forward to their visits to Neil.
Please pass on my thanks to Neil and the team and I hope to be coming along for many years to come.

My dog Ruby is a rescue who was a stray and has trust issues. I changed Vet to this practice as I had heard good things about how the hanle stressy dogs. Ruby was neutered and had her annual jabs. I was extremely worried but when I was sent photos on facebook of Ruby being cuddled and cared for I totally relaxed. The operation went perfectly. Her follow ups have been great. The advice I am given when I go in is very helpful. Couldn't be happier with this service :)

Neil (the vet) and the nurses, especially Jade, are wonderful and the only regret I have is not having made the move to Walthamstow Vets sooner.

Neil and his team have cared for our dogs and cats for many years and we always recommend them to our friends. Neil is a rare vet who listens and always takes the time to discuss diagnosis and treatment options. It is obvious that Neil does much research away from day to day practice to always keep abreast of changing thoughts on treatments, or to further consider specific issues arising with your pet's treatment. He is also an accomplished surgeon and saved one of my dog's lives in a dire emergency. The entire team are friendly, approachable and above all compassionate; they are wonderful at making your pet feel as at ease as possible. I feel incredibly fortunate to have such a brilliant vets practice so close to home.

I cannot commend Neil and the rest of the team at wyatts lane highly enough. Neil is without doubt the kindest, sincerest and most knowledgable vet I have come across. His care and attention to my beloved cat over her life was second to none. I always felt reassured by the team when she was in need. I would not consider going to any other vet than Neil and would have no hesitation in recommending the practice to anyone looking for a vet. Thank you for being there for us.

We have excellent care and service from Neil Hampson and his veterinary nurses. We would whole heartedly recommend them. He is not our nearest vet but we wouldn't trust our dog with anyone else!
