At 5.30am on the morning of 25th May my cat Puce was distressed and passing blood. The problem was I was due for an operation at 8am. I rang the emergency number for KVG and the vet arrived and provided immediate care for my cat Puce. Without KVG I would have been stressed to face an operation knowing my cat was also ill. As a responsible owner I could not leave her unattended. The care my cat has been given is first class they all know her and she responds to them. She has renal failure which was diagnosed March 2014 and she is still going strong. The emergency although distressing was not life threatening and she is now on a course of antibiotics.
KVG have cared for my cat since 2005. I Felt compelled to write this review to show my gratitude to their service and professionalism.

My vet today was Nick he listened to my concerns regarding vaccinations, answered all of my questions. I asked for homework and he gave me websites to look for further information to back up what we had discussed. Very impressed with his attitude towards me having an opinion. He was interactive with my dog who was very loud to say the least with positive results. Thank you.

A genuinely caring team that obviously love and care about animals.
They respect and appreciate how much your pet means to your family and go 'beyond the call of duty' to provide exceptional care and support.
Thanks to Mr Lieberman and all the team.
I would highly recommend this practice.

I am pleased with all the consultations that we have had over the past 25 years but I do think the fees are getting ridiculous. I do think twice before I call the vets.

We have used your service now for several years and have always found you to be caring and professional and our two small dogs, Shitzus, are treated with careful attention. I recently contacted you regarding an injured feral cat and you provided immediate and professional care for the very poorly animal- free of charge. I was both very relieved to have such immediate help and pleasantly surprised that you did not even charge for the service. Thank you once again.

My dog is always treated as if she is as special to you as she is to me and my family.
You always say 'hello' to her as well as me and every problem she has been to see you with has been explained thoroughly. We have never, ever feel that we are being rushed out of the room so you can get on with the next 'client'. Reception are always friendly and helpful, trying to fit appointments in to suit work/family/travel commitments and so far Lulu has been seen, where required, on the same day I've rung up for an appointment. I wish my doctors surgery were so obliging ! Thank you to all the team.

I chose Kinsteignton Vetinary Practice as it had always been the one my parents had used. It's obvious why. The care and attention towards my animals has always been second to none.
They looked after both of my previous cats (and a rabbit) from beginning to end and now my new kitten. I know he's going to be in excellent hands.

I have been with Kingsteignton vets for many years, Howard Liebermann is simply the BEST along with Nick Lloyd.
I have to admit that I have been tempted at times to go to another vet practice simply for a life time vaccine program however I really don't think that I would trust another vet as much as I trust Howard and Nick so they are worth the money 100%.
The waiting area could do with a little bit of updating and a good clean around the bottom of the doorways leading from the waiting area but apart from that I am very happy with the service they provide.
The knowledge they have for each of my pets especially my Pugs is why I have gained so much trust in them.
I recommend Kingsteignton Vets to all of my animal loving friends.
Thank you to all of the Staff who are always so friendly and supportive no matter if it is clipping nails or saying goodbye to our fur-babies :) xxx
