“Excellent vets!”

i cannot praise all the staff enough, from the receptionists, the nurses and the vets and everyone else I have come into contact with! All have been extremely kind and helpful. They never make me feel like I'm asking a stupid question and I can always get an appointment the day I ring. They are always happy to answer any queries over the phone as well. The staff come across extremely professional at all times and give an exceptional high level of care to my dogs. I really appreciated getting a phone call off a vet to explain thoroughly a procedure my dog had under gone as my partner did not feedback much! I know their time is precious but they are always going out of their way. Thank you so much for all your hard work, dedication and understanding how important my dogs are too me

“Great professionals at the hardest times for a pet owner”

We just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you for your support and care with Charlie our cat since we moved to Devon.

When we came in last Friday, we knew Charlie was not well and that time was ticking but we wanted to thank in particular Nick for his kind approach to a really difficult time for us. Charlie came home that night and had a better 24hrs and showed some of her cheeky old self again.

The way that Nick dealt with the situation showed great care and sensitivity and made a huge difference to us at a difficult time. We had a chance to say goodbye to her at home and she did not suffer too long.

Many thanks again for all your support - I am sure we will get another pet sometime once we have got over Charlie and we will be back. The care of the nurses and vets has been excellent and we would recommend you to all our friends - that is how we got your details.

It is fairwell for the moment rather than goodbye

“Best Vet, we feel in Safe hands! Thank you!”

After loosing our last dog of 17 years I didn't think I would ever have another one. In the meantime I would pet sit for others. Helping neighbours and family out. Coming across different vet's along the years as I acted as Taxi for boosters etc. Out of all the vet's I warmed to Kingsteignton Vet Group. The service was very different, so friendly, helpful and understanding without that after bite sting when you got the bill I had seen some experience at other vet's! To Kingsteignton Vet Group the customers obviously are more than business, you can tell they genuinely care!
In time we decide we couldn't keep borrowing other peoples dog's & cat's and got the most gorgeous pup, who I only want the best to look after, that was nearly four years ago now and were very Happy! Thank you Kingsteignton Vet group!

“Excellent Vets”

We have been using these vets for a number of years and we would use no others. From the reception staff to the veterinary nurses to the vets, the service is excellent. They are very caring with the animals and are personable. We have seen Howard,Tissy and Nick over the years and all I can say, is they go that extra mile in ensuring our dogs have the best care and treatment. We had one of our dogs put to sleep last year and Tissy was looking after her up until that time. We could have not had a more caring vet or surgery. We got a card from the vets after and no rush for payment. Very thoughtful.
Excellent vets!

“Great service, always”

Four reasons why I like this practice:

1. They don't overcharge me.

2. I can get an appointment when I need one.

3. Vets are professional, seem knowledgeable, and are open about what they don't (yet) know - and they explain things to me.

4. They don't dismiss small animals as inconsequential or unimportant - we have had just as good service for guinea pigs and hamsters as we have had for our dogs.

All in all, a great practice.

“Kingsteignton Vet Group”

I have been using this veterinary practice for over 13 years. I have taken my cats there for their routine vaccinations + health checks, minor illnesses + unfortunately final illnesses. I have always found the vets to be thorough + professional in their treatment of my cats. They have also shown compassion when the news isn't good. All the staff are friendly + helpful. I wouldn't have stayed with the practice if I didn't think it was any good.

“Caring, Helpful and Professional”

In November we realised that our 17 year old cat had reached the end of his life quality.Making an appointment to see the vet, I was able to book Mr Howard Lieberman , (my vet of choice). After a consultation he asked if we had discussed the situation with all our family. We had so as we had expected, it was decided to put Tombi to sleep.Nothing was hurried and he made sure the cat was comforted and put at ease.Naturally I was very upset and I was shown nothing but care and compassion.I can't say how much it meant to be to have been treated in this way.
I have always been very impressed in my 30 + years of using this practice.I don't intend to get any more animals but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Kingsteignton Veterinary Group Practice.
As a post script, I was very touched when, a few days after my cat was put to sleep, I received a card of condolence from the Vets and Nurses. Our animals are part of the family and they obviously respect this.

“The best vet I have ever had the pleasure to meet!”

I have been with this practice for a good many years now and love the receptionists, vets and nurses. They are all so very helpful. A special mention has to go to Mr Howard Lieberman (vet) who I trust implicitly with all my animals, and I have had a great many of those too! He is patient, kind, caring, informative. He will not waste your money in trying things if he knows it isn't going to make any improvement in your animal's wellbeing. Most of my animals have been rescued, or turned up on my doorstep, and he is extraordinarily helpful with all of them from rats, guinea pigs, rabbits and cats. In fact all small domestic although I know he has worked with farm animals too. I think he deserves a nomination, not only because he is a genuinely nice person, but also because he does a lot of work for various charities.
